Los estilos de liderazgo de la Policía Local de la Comunidad Valenciana: Una aproximación desde la Teoría del Liderazgo Transformacional

Tomando como base la Teoría de Liderazgo Transformacional (Bass, 1985), se estudian las conductas que componen los estilos de liderazgo y su relación con tres variables de resultado: la eficacia del líder, la satisfacción con el líder y el esfuerzo extra de los subordinados; así como el aumento de los efectos (augmentation effect) del liderazgo transaccional cuando además se utiliza el liderazgo transformacional. La muestra es representativa del universo de policías locales de la Comunidad Valenciana (España) y está compuesta por 975 policías locales (828 hombres y 147 mujeres) pertenecientes a las plantillas de 42 localidades y que son dirigidos por 42 jefes. Johannes Ludovicus Vives (1493-1540) repeatedly used the symbolic image of humans occupying the fallen angels' chairs in heaven. In fact, the purpose of the creation of human beings seemed to be to occupy those empty chairs in paradise. This article focuses on the recurrent presence of that idea in the Valencian literature of the fifteenth century. It was a thought that was widely accepted even among people of a limited educational background. EnglishThis article studies the formal variation of the masculine singular forms of the quantifiers u/un ‘one’, algu/algun ‘someone, some’, ningu/ningun ‘no-one, anyone, not one, any, none’ and cada u/cada un ‘everyone, each one’ in contemporary Catalan. The standard uses of these forms are contrasted with dialectal uses, obtained from a thorough search in oral and written corpora. The article analyses the linguistic attitudes of future Valencian teachers in a bilingual speaking community characterised by mainstream contact between the Catalan and Spanish languages. This research focuses on the language attitudes of a group of speakers who share a specific set of traits: age, education, profession and socioeconomic status. Special attention is given to attitudes towards four linguistic varieties used by Valencian speakers in their regular interactions: standard Spanish (CS), colloquial Spanish – nonstandard – (CNS), standard Valencian (VS) and vernacular Valencian or apitxat (VNS).

La trayectoria escénica de El Grao de Valencia, de Lope de Vega, nos es desconocida, pero hay buenas razones para suponer que fue el autor de comedias Rodrigo Osorio quien se encargó de llevar la pieza a las tablas ante el público valenciano entre 1588 y 1590, durante el exilio de Lope en Valencia. Morphological analogy and phonological markedness in the inchoative verbs of catalan

espanolLa analogia entre formas de un paradigma morfologico puede dar lugar a alomorfos marcados desde el punto de vista de la fonologia. En este estudio nos centramos en el analisis del incremento incoativo -isc- [isk] que se puede realizar en el catalan de Valencia con una sibilante palatal en los verbos incoativos de la tercera conjugacion: por ej., servixc [seɾviʃk] ‘sirvo’. A pesar de que el grupo consonantico [ʃk] se considera marcado fonologicamente, esta forma palatalizada parece haber sustituido a la forma tradicional del catalan occidental con una sibilante alveolar -isc- [isk], por analogia con formas del presente de indicativo como servix [seɾviʃ] ‘sirve’.
