Purpose To assess efficacy and safety of chloroquine (CQ)/hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) for treatment or prophylaxis of COVID-19 in adult humans. Materials and methods MEDLINE, PubMed, EMBASE and two pre-print repositories (bioRxiv, medRxiv) were searched from inception to 8th June 2020 for RCTs and nonrandomized studies (retrospective and prospective, including single-arm, studies) addressing the use of CQ/HCQ in any dose or combination for COVID-19. The following essay studies the strategies and practices applied by Indonesian domestic workers in Singapore in order to accumulate money. This is done by presenting the background situation, especially regarding female labor migration from Indonesia to other countries, and examining the specific income conditions experienced by domestic workers in Singapore. The particular focus of this essay is on gaining a deeper understanding of how the women act within a restrictive framework, i.e. identifying their legal and illegal strategies for increasing their regular income and their “negative” income strategies and transnational strategies for building up savings.

In this context, motivated employees are the key to efficiently keeping up with the market forces and sustain the success of any organization. This paper aims to identify the ways in which knowledge workers from Sibiu area are motivated and which are the modern ideas that could improve the current strategies. The industrial working-time regime is dissolving—not dramatically, but rather as a trend. A new trend is that those in dynamic sectors and in a good labor market position work long hours: Demanding knowledge work appears to require the marginalization of private life. What Explains Prevalence of Informal Employment in European Countries: The Role of Labor Institutions, Governance, Immigrants, and Growth

This paper looks into institutional and other macro determinants of prevalence of informal dependent employment, as well as informal self-employment, in European countries, using European Social Survey data on work without legal contract in on 30 countries, covering years 2004-2009. Consistently with theoretical predictions, quality of business environment has a significant negative impact on prevalence of both types of informal employment. The share of non-contracted employees is negatively affected by perceived quality of public services and positively related to economic growth.
