Folkhälsans seniorboende och aktivt åldrande : BoAktiv-studien

Syftet med denna enkät-studien är att utreda samband mellan aktivt åldrande, gemenskap och delaktighet hos åldringar som bor i seniorhus. Utöver detta syftar forskningen till att producera beskrivande information om hälsa och välmående hos åldringar i seniorhus. Målgruppen var självständigt boende i Folkhälsans seniorhus. Största delen av respondenterna var över 80 år gamla, kvinnor, svenskspråkiga och bodde ensamma. De mest aktiva seniorerna hade bättre hälsorelaterad livskvalitet samt mindre symptom av depression, och deltog mer i verksamheten i seniorhuset och hade en högre känsla av samhörighet. Comme l’ont montré plusieurs travaux, l’entrée en Etablissement d’Hébergement pour Personnes Agées Dépendantes (EHPAD) s’accompagne d’une augmentation du risque de dénutrition (HAS, 2007 ; Sulmont-Rossé et al., 2012). Parmi les facteurs susceptibles d’affecter la prise alimentaire, il a été montré que l’environnement qui entoure le repas (de l’assiette à l’ambiance générale) contribuait fortement à l’appétit et à la prise alimentaire des résidents d’EHPAD (Nieuwenhuizen et al. 2009 ; Nijs et al. 2009). Celem artykułu jest ukazanie różnic w podejściu do zagadnienia misji wojskowych przez polskie i niemieckie władze, co pozwoliło na zaobserwowanie znaczących różnic w prowadzeniu polityki zagranicznej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem bezpieczeństwa, przez oba państwa. W artykule szczególna uwaga poświęcona została zagadnieniu realizacji zobowiązań sojuszniczych wobec NATO i Stanów Zjednoczonych w obliczu konfliktu w Afganistanie.

Diplomdarbā tiek pētīti digitālie rīki atgriezeniskās saites sniegšanai angļu valodas stundās 6. klasei. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīts atgriezeniskās saites jēdziens un dažādie atgriezeniskās saites sniegšanai pieejamie digitālie rīki. Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kādi digitālie rīki ir pieejami angļu valodā un kā tos varētu izmantot, lai sniegtu atgriezenisko saiti angļu valodas stundās, kas tiek pasniegtas attālinātajās mācībās. Darba empīriskajā daļā ir veikts atsevišķa gadījuma pētījums: sesto klašu skolēni izmanto digitālos rīkus, lai saņemtu atgriezenisko saiti no skolotāja un sniegtu atsauksmes gan skolotājam, gan klasesbiedriem. An Icy Force Both Foul and Fair : The Theme of Love Versus Fear in the Dutch Bubbed Version of Disney's Frozen

This study compares the songs from the original, English-language version of the 2013 Disney film Frozen to those of the Dutch dubbed version, investigating how the thematic representation of love and fear differ between these versions. To support this inherently qualitative analysis, this study employs the triangle of aspects, an analytical model that identifies certain aspects and variables central to animated musical film dubbing, allowing a quantification of differences between dubbed versions. Chemically induced mouse models of intestinal inflammation

Animal models of intestinal inflammation are indispensable for our understanding of the pathogenesis of Crohn disease and ulcerative colitis, the two major forms of inflammatory bowel disease in humans. Here, we provide protocols for establishing murine 2,4,6-trinitro benzene sulfonic acid (TNBS)-, oxazolone- and both acute and chronic dextran sodium sulfate (DSS) colitis, the most widely used chemically induced models of intestinal inflammation. In the former two models, colitis is induced by intrarectal administration of the covalently reactive reagents TNBS/oxazolone, which are believed to induce a T-cell-mediated response against hapten-modified autologous proteins/luminal antigens.
