Shrinkage phenomena represent an important issue for cementitious materials. There are several procedures able to reduce shrinkage phenomena, in particular, external and internal curing. The latter consider the possibility to add water reservoir that are able to release water during the curing period. In this study, porous plastic aggregates were used as internal curing water reservoir.

Named Entity Recognition and Linking in Tweets Based on Linguistic Similarity

This work proposes a novel approach in Named Entity rEcognition and Linking (NEEL) in tweets, applying the same strategy already presented for Question Answering (QA) by the same authors. The previous work describes a rule-based and ontology-based system that attempts to retrieve the correct answer to a query from the DBPedia ontology through a similarity measure between the query and the ontology labels. In this paper, a tweet is interpreted as a query for the QA system: both the text and the thread of a tweet are a sequence of statements that have been linked to the ontology. Il presente contributo propone l’introduzione, la traduzione italiana e il commento delle Note sulla verità e falsità dell’astrologia (Nukat fī mā yaṣiḥḥu wa-mā lā yaṣiḥḥu min aḥkām al-nuǧūm) di Abū Naṣr al-Fārābī (m. 950). Tale scritto non è stato trasmesso direttamente dal suo autore né ci è giunto nella sua redazione definitiva, bensì in forma di appunti ricopiati da un grammatico di nome Abū Isḥāq al-Baġdādī. In trenta brevi capitoli al-Fārābī spiega ciò che è accessibile e ciò che è inaccessibile alle predizioni astrologiche e quali aspetti di tale scienza sia opportuno accogliere o respingere.

It was not transmitted directly by its author and did not reach us in its definitive version but only in the form of notes copied by a grammarian named Abū Isḥāq al-Baġdādī. In thirty short chapters al-Fārābī writes down what is accessible and what is inaccessible to astrological predictions which elements of this science should be accepted and which ones are to be rejected.

This paper focuses on the story of two dark-skinned Italians written for Giorgio Marincola by Carlo Costa and Lorenzo Teodonio in Razza partigiana and for his sister Isabella by Wu Ming 2 and Antar Mohamed in Timira. Romanzo meticcio. The events of their lives as well as many other aspects of our colonial neocolonial and postcolonial history have re-emerged from the darkness in which they had been hidden only in the last fifteen years thanks to the reopening of the archives allowing to re-discuss many of the aspects that in the pages of History as well as in those of literature had been told in another way. Dalį Ilūkstės apskrities lenkų ir lietuvių karinės pajėgos okupavo 1919 m. vasarą. Lenkų valdžios įstaigos nedelsdamos įtraukė 6 apskrities rytinės dalies valsčius ir Gryvos miestą į savo valstybės sudėtį ir atsisakė svarstyti šį klausimą su Latvijos atstovais. Negli ultimi tre decenni la cultura ha avuto un ruolo chiave nella costruzione delle politiche urbane, divenendo uno strumento decisivo nella definizione delle strategie di sviluppo economico e nell’accesso alla competizione globale che caratterizzano l’attuale regime di neoliberismo urbano (Miles e Paddison 2005). Anche nel sud Europa la cosiddetta rigenerazione a base culturale ha rappresentato e continua ancora oggi a rappresentare una vera e propria ortodossia urbana, che trova nel turismo tanto una ragione di esistenza quanto un campo di attuazione. Within this framework Palermo and its historic center are no exception. The epicenter of these processes is represented here by the Kalsa district which since the early 2000s has been placed at the center of a precise strategy of culturally-based renewal called to drive the city's tourist renaissance (Vinci 2008). The culmination of this path came in 2018 when Palermo was named the Italian capital of culture and chosen as the venue for Manifesta one of the most prestigious traveling biennales of contemporary art. However the exponential increase in tourist arrivals in the last three years came to a halt with the outbreak of the pandemic which showed with unprecedented evidence the contradictions of the development strategies pursued in the historic center and the marks they leave on the territories. While this sudden interruption seems to offer an opportunity to radically rethink urban and cultural policies and find new curbs to the conditions of overtourism in which the historic centers of South European cities and beyond find themselves it could also prove to be an accelerator of the dynamics of commodification of these spaces representing the revival of tourism an easy escape route in times of crisis. The objective of this contribution is to critically explore the urban and social transformations that have crossed the Kalsa district of Palermo from the 2000s to the present using qualitative and quantitative techniques (analysis of statistical data in-depth interviews critical discourse analysis ...) with particular reference to the role that culture has played in these processes. This merovingian establishment discovered during an archaeological evaluation to the west of the town of Delle in the Belfort territory is located on the Batte hillside about 300 m from the large Gallo-roman domain on the opposite slope of the valley. This settlement is characterised by a large edifice built of stone and perishable materials, which replaces a timber framed building. The building covers 230 m2 and vestiges of the floors, partitions and interior fittings are preserved which is rare for the period. W artykule zostały przedstawione argumenty uzasadniające tezę, zgodnie z którą mechanizm przewidziany w art. 18 § 2 kodeksu pracy może znaleźć zastosowanie wyłącznie do postanowień umów o pracę, nie obejmuje natomiast swym zakresem nazwanych i nienazwanych umów dodatkowych zawieranych przez strony stosunku pracy. Jednak o nadaniu określonej klauzuli statusu postanowienia umowy o pracę należy rozstrzygać w oparciu o jej treść, a nie umiejscowienie.
