Carmelo Giummo, born in Catania in 1953, lives in Augusta where he teaches English Literature at the local Classical High School. His first collection of poems, Graffi (Scratches), dates back to 1990. Dieci donne (Ten Women, 1996) and Nove haiku senza primavera (Nine Haikus without Spring, 2007) follow. Doppia traccia (Double track, 2009) and Alle mie scarpe (To My shoes, 2012) more and more manifestly define the leitmotiv of travel as the pivotal experience of his poetic writing. The aim is to identify a new model of responsibility of the agricultural producer according to the provisions contained in the Italian Civil Code from a European viewpoint. A model of multilevel responsibility that focuses on the agricultural activity in its moment of production and marketing of the agricultural product, but also in the pursuit of sustainability objectives through non-market services.

Aquesta unitat didàctica (UD) està dirigida als estudiants universitaris nouvinguts que ja han tingut algun contacte (acadèmic o social) amb la llengua (nivells A1+/A2). S’organitza en sis sessions de 50 minuts i està dissenyada per dur-la a terme mitjançant docència en línia, amb classes virtuals i treball autònom supervisat. Així doncs, està pensada per treballar-hi en ordinador (o un altre dispositiu com les tauletes), ja que tots els fragments subratllats contenen enllaços a continguts complementaris. Òbviament, també està preparada per poder ser impresa.

The purpose of this study was to compare patient- and apparatus related radiation protective measures considering gonad radiation exposure at panoramic radiography. The local dose (yGv) in the region of the gonads of a male Alderson-Rando-Phantom was measured by the dosimeter Tol-F (Berthold Technology, Germany) during panoramic radiography (PR) by the digital Orthophos XG plus®(Sirona / Bensheim, Germany). Abstract Background The public health systems of the post-Soviet states have evolved from the san-epid system, which dominated public health practice throughout the former Soviet Union. Since independence, reforms have taken different directions. This article provides a cross-country comparison of public health reform processes and contents in 10 post-Soviet states. Compression and temperature manipulation are discussed as strategies to improve performance markers and recovery in sports. Here, we investigate the effects of compression stockings made with fabric, either combined or not with heating and cooling substances, on variables related to running performance and recovery.
