L'affitto d'azienda nel fallimento
La proposta esegetica del presente lavoro si articola su due livelli. Sul primo, l'affitto endofallimentare è visto come strumento di riallocazione del rischio di impresa nell'insolvenza, dai creditori al terzo affittuario, e di ripristino del fisiologico rapporto tra potere gestorio e business risk, tipico dell'impresa in bonis. Sul secondo, l'istituto è inquadrato non come anomalia sistematica, ma come coerente momento di valorizzazione della massa attiva da liquidarsi, in una mutata concezione della fase liquidatoria fallimentare, necessariamente integrante un momento gestionale che, per la res azienda, coincide con la continuazione dell'impresa.

This paper intends to stimulate a serious debate on the topic of conflict in family businesses and the theory of negotiation as a tool to resolve these conflicts. The methodology is based on the collection and systematization of the main literature on these topics. Introduction: The core of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) consists of alterations of neurological functions that affect the typical developmental trajectory leading to deficits in social interaction and non-verbal behaviors. In general, ASD is diagnosed at age three and many other frequent neurological signs may be present, such as sleep disorders. The aim of study is evaluating sleep habits in a sample of ASD children. Friction Stir Spot Welding of AA6082-T6: influence of the most relevant process parameters and comparison with classic mechanical fastening techniques

The results of an experimental study on friction stir spot welding (FSSW) of AA6082-T6 are reported. In particular, process mechanics is highlighted and joint strength is considered in relation to varying the most relevant process parameters. Furthermore, the results obtained are compared with those derived from the application of traditional mechanical fastening techniques such as clinching and riveting. In this way the effectiveness of FSSW is highlighted.

While topics like performance, motion sickness and presence are well investigated, basic topics as VR User Interfaces (UIs) for menu control are lagging far behind. A major issue is the absence of haptic feedback and naturalness, especially when considering mid-air finger-based interaction in VR, when "grabbable" controllers are not available.
