Sirds ritma variabilitātes maiņas kuņģa sekrēcijas cefāliskās fāzes laikā

Darbs veltīts autonomās nervu sistēmas eferento ietekmju izpētei uz kuņģa sekrēciju cefāliskās fāzes laikā. Lai novērtētu šīs eferentācijas kāpumus un kritumus, klīniskajā fizioloģijā tiek piedāvāts izmantot SRV novērtēšanas metodi. Vēlējāmies noskaidrot SRV maiņas, novērtējot desmit klīniski veselu pieaugušu cilvēku SRV parametrus „rīta miera” un „laboratorijas miera” apstākļos, kā arī cefāliskās fāzes laikā – 20 minūtēs pēc MMB. Secinājumi: dažādu viena indivīda SRV datu noturīgums ir atšķirīgs, bet cikla garuma atšķirības nepārsniedz 1,5%, RMSSD – 5%. The aim of this study was to assess a potential relationship between the incidence of recurrent LDH and the surgical technique used. Tutkielman tarkoituksena oli tarkastella kuudesluokkalaisten kielikylpyoppilaiden ruotsin kieliopin taitoja Manfred Pienemannin prosessoitavuusteorian valossa. Tärkein tutkimuskysymys oli, mille teorian viidestä tasosta oppilaat sijoittuvat. Tutkimuksen materiaalina oli 12 19 oppilaan kirjoittamaa kirjoitelmaa, eli osa kirjoitelmista oli kirjoitettu ryhmässä. Tutkimus oli kvalitatiivinen ja menetelmänä käytettiin teorialähtöistä sisällönanalyysiä. Tulokset osoittivat, että oppilaat sijoittuivat prosessoitavuusteorian neljännelle ja viidennelle tasolle.
