Crystal structure of the diglycidyl ether of eugenol

The diepoxy monomer (DGE-Eu) was synthesized from eugenol by a three-step reaction. It consists of a 1,2,4-trisubstituted benzene ring substituted by diglycidyl ether, a methoxy group and a methyloxirane group. The three-membered oxirane rings are inclined to the benzene ring by 61.0 (3) and 27.9 (3)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked by C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the ab plane.

A mixed ferrocenyl diphosphonium-diphosphine cation, associated with two [ZrCl(5).thf](-) anions, is obtained from a ferrocenyl tetraphosphine, as a unique didentate ionic metalloligand in a perfectly selective reaction induced by ZrCl(4) in THF.

Abstract The polymeric organotin(IV) selenate complex [(Me3Sn)3(SeO4)(OH)]n (1) has been isolated as single crystals from the reaction of [(Me2NH2)2SeO4] and Me3SnCl in methanol. In the solid state, compound 1 was characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system space group Pbca with a=11.0231(2) Å, b=16.3461(3) Å, c=20.9945(4) Å, α=β=γ=90°, V=3782.89(12) Å3, and Z=8. Its structure can be described as a polymeric zigzag chain based on Me3Sn moieties linked by tridentate selenate anions. The Fe—Pt bond is of 2.7738 (4) Å and there is an unprecedented arrangement of the silyl ligand in a trans-position with respect to the metal–metal vector in the family of phosphide-bridged iron–platinum heterobimetallics.

El presente artículo propone esbozar un panorama de las representaciones de adolescentes en el cine español durante los gobiernos socialistas a partir de 1982 y hasta 1998. Tras la reivindicación de la libertad propia de la Transición, en que el adolescente tenía a menudo la autonomía de un adulto, el cuerpo adolescente del período posterior traduce más bien en la pantalla un abanico de deseos frustrados. También es un cuerpo malherido por los excesos de todo tipo, el consumo en abuso de drogas o imágenes, quizás un fantasma más que un cuerpo dado que nunca llega a figurar la revolución que es (o que debería ser) la adolescencia.
