The purpose of this document is to study the model belongs to the family of structural equation models with data varying both accross individuals (sectors) and in time. A complete theoretical analysis is developed in this work for the case of a recursive structure. Maximum likelihood estimation and Zellner's "seemingly unrelated equations" estimators (iterated or not) are presented and their asymptotic properties are carefully derived.The application of the estimation methods to the economy morocco produced statistically significant and economic meaningful results. Through a test of exogeneity, the recursivity of the system is confirmed. Policy recommendations are discussed and analyzed.

En este trabajo analizamos el encuadre informativo del Daño cerebral adquirido (DCA) en noticias publicadas en El País, El Mundo y La Vanguardia entre 2010 y 2013. Partiendo de una búsqueda léxica, se seleccionaron los textos que tematizaban el DCA, bien como tema central o secundario, y se analizaron las distintas categorías de encuadre discursivo. Los resultados muestran la escasa presencia del DCA en la prensa generalista, frente a su incidencia en nuestra sociedad, y que esta presencia escasa se refiere sobre todo a aspectos secundarios (prevención, necesidades asistenciales, calidad de vida), con especial magnificación de los avances tecnológicos. Lol is probably one of the most popular words in computer-mediated communication. It is generally taken to be the acronym of “laughing out loud”, but it is not always used to indicate a humorous response; rather, it is multifunctional. Drawing on previous studies of the different functions of lol, this paper explores a possible correlation between the position and function of non-lexicalized lol in the specific context of YouTube comments. The hypothesis is that the function of lol largely depends on its position: clause-initial lol is not used with the same functions as clause-final lol. Low cholesterol stimulates the nonamyloidogenic pathway by its effect on the α-secretase ADAM 10

Biochemical, epidemiological, and genetic findings demonstrate a link between cholesterol levels, processing of the amyloid precursor protein (APP), and Alzheimer's disease. In the present report, we identify the α-secretase ADAM 10 ( a d isintegrin a nd m etalloprotease) as a major target of the cholesterol effects on APP metabolism. Treatment of various peripheral and neural cell lines with either the cholesterol-extracting agent methyl-β-cyclodextrin or the hydroxymethyl glutaryl-CoA reductase inhibitor lovastatin resulted in a drastic increase of secreted α-secretase cleaved soluble APP.
