Les estructures amb ésser + participi passat: problemes d' ambigüitat formal

This article analyzes the structures of «ésser» + participle in old Catalan. It highlights the diversity of constructions that may constitute this hind of construction (compound tenses, copulatives and passives). It analyzes the methodological problems derived from structural ambiguity, and points explains the evolutionary ways that language has established to solve the problems generated by formal syncretism.
Internal Communication System Analysis in a Small Company

[EN] The aim of this paper is to analyze the internal communication system in a small company. We used structured interviews in all hierarchical levels to compare the perceptive differences and the way of using the communication tools. A total of five one-hour interview sessions were made to evaluate the involved variables in every communicative tool appointed byor-ganization members. The results showed some contradictions between the respondentsand a low horizontal and descending communication caused by the limited use of these commu-nication tools. Finally, suggestions for improvements to prevent problems and enhance their positive effects were informed.

Voksne innvandrere som tar norsk grunnskoleeksamen har teksterfaringer fra litteraere tradisjoner som kan vaere ukjente i var sammenheng. Basert pa naermere tyve enkeltintervjuer undersoker denne studien bade tidligere og navaerende litteraere tekstpraksiser hos informanter fra Syria, Eritrea og Somalia. Ett av studiens funn er at enkelte informanter med svaert lite skolegang likevel har aktive litteraere tekstpraksiser. Imidlertid vil de fleste litteraere tekstpraksisene sannsynligvis ikke bli gjenkjent i skolesammenheng, ettersom de opptrer utenfor skolens domene og bare unntaksvis er knyttet til trykte, papirbaserte tekster, som boker. This study examines interpersonality and audience awareness of initial greetings and leave-taking formulae in 1,041 e-mails (523 Finnish, 518 Swedish) written by Finnish (n = 222) and Swedish (n = 174) language learners in basic education, secondary education and at university level in Finland. The results reveal that there are certain communicative differences between the two groups. The e-mails contain different levels of formality: Swedish learners use more initial greetings and their messages are slightly more coherent than those of Finnish learners. Fenoliformaldehydihartsia valmistetaan fenolista ja formaldehydistä, joka toimii ristisilloitusagenttina. Katalyyttinä käytetään natriumhydroksidia. Formaldehydi liittyy fenolin renkaaseen hydroksyyliryhmän para- tai orto-asemiin additioreaktiolla alkalisissa olosuhteissa. Fenolin alkalointi saa aikaa renkaaseen karbanioneja, joihin formaldehydin elektrofiilinen hiiliatomi voi liittyä. Reaktio tunnetaan Lederer-Manasse-reaktiona.
