Wine expertise : the case of "vin de garde" concept. This work aimed to investigate different types of knowledge and skills involved in wine expertise. This work is based on the “vin de garde” concept, we first broadened the study of this concept, and we identified gustatory (astringency and acidity) and olfactory (woody, burnt, vanilla and prune notes) clues used by wine professionals from Bourgogne to judge the aging potential of red wines from Bourgogne. Erkki Kurenniemi (10.7.1941 – 1.5.2017) on kansainvälisesti tunnetuimpia suomalaisia musiikin avantgardisteja. Kuitenkin kesti kauan ennen kuin hänen arvonsa Suomessa tunnustettiin. Vasta 2000-luvulla häntä palkittiin ja hänen tuotantoaan ja toimintaansa alettiin laajemmin tutkia. Kurenniemen toimintakenttä taiteen alalla oli laaja käsittäen elektronisia soittimia ja sävellyksiä, elokuvia, mediataidetta ja tiedefantasioita. Kurenniemi oli koulutukseltaan fyysikko. Un labirinto del tardo Quattrocento nel giardino di Giovan Tomaso Moncada

Da un manoscritto databile intorno al 1550 e un saggio a stampa sulle feste reali celebrate a Palermo, pubblicato nel 1703, sappiamo dell'esistenza di un labirinto nel giardino dell'aristocratico Giovan Tomaso Moncada, costruito negli anni settanta o negli anni ottanta del XV secolo nella campagna vicino Palermo. Si tratta della scena in cui ebbe luogo un ricco banchetto offerto al Viceré Ferdinando de Acuña. Secondo l'autore del manoscritto, Gian Giacomo Adria, modello di riferimento per il labirinto siciliano era quello cretese del Minotauro e lo stesso aveva forma quadrata, con otto circuiti, circondato da un muro decorato con un motivo a chiavi spezzate.
