Comment la culture se co-construit-elle au micro-niveau des interactions quotidiennes dans un service d’accueil de la petite enfance? Quelle est cette ‘culture’ construite, qui sont les constructeurs et comment procedent-ils? L’article s’appuie sur une etude de cas portant sur les interactions entre enfants de deux ans. Pour cette etude, des enregistrements-videos ont ete effectues deux fois par mois pendant sept mois dans un service d’accueil, en Finlande. RESUMEN: El objetivo de este estudio es sintetizar el conocimiento científico sobre los principales mecanismos empleados para la obtención y distribución de pornografía infantil a lo largo de la historia. Para ello, se ha realizado una búsqueda exhaustiva de los trabajos publicados hasta 2016, siendo seleccionados un total de 37. Circa il 60% delle ipoacusie congenite sono associate a cause genetiche nei paesi sviluppati. La sordità genetica è classificata in sindromica (30%) e non sindromica (70%), quest’ultima riconducibile in più del 50% dei casi a mutazioni del gene GJB2. Tale gene, espresso nella coclea, codifica per la proteina gap junction “Connessina 26”, la cui funzione è cruciale per la comunicazione intercellulare. New Insights into Potocki-Shaffer Syndrome: Report of Two Novel Cases and Literature Review

Potocki-Shaffer syndrome (PSS) is a rare non-recurrent contiguous gene deletion syndrome involving chromosome 11p11.2. Current literature implies a minimal region with haploinsufficiency of three genes, ALX4 (parietal foramina), EXT2 (multiple exostoses), and PHF21A (craniofacial anomalies, and intellectual disability). The rest of the PSS phenotype is still not associated with a specific gene. We report a systematic review of the literature and included two novel cases. Because deletions are highly variable in size, we defined three groups of patients considering the PSS-genes involved.
