The text explains the difference between Marx?s concept of «oppression» and others as «coercion» by Durkheim or «domination» by Weber. The article then establishes, in a methodical way, the centrality of a passage from Capital, in which three different theories on «oppression» appear. It?s explained that two of them are rather a philosophical antinomy. The other, relative to the heteronomy of social time, can be completed by defining the heteronomy of social space, which gives it analytical virtuality. Some examples are given.
Fermentācijas apstākļu optimizācija inulīna konversijai bioetanolā, izmantojot raugu Kluyveromyces marxianus

Darba mērķis bija apskatīt dažādu fermentācijas apstākļu ietekmi uz inulīna konversiju bioetanolā ar raugu Kluyveromyces marxianus. Pētījumā tika salīdzināti divi K.marxianus celmi DSM 5418 un DSM 5422. Celms K. marxianus DSM 5422 uzrādīja labākus augšanas un etanola produktivitātes rādītājus inulīnu saturošās barotnēs. Tika veikti daudzfaktoru eksperimenti, kuros aplūkota fermentācijas temperatūras, substrāta koncentrācijas un aerācijas ietekme uz etanola un biomasas biosintēzes rādītājiem inulīna barotnēs. Novērtēta minēto faktoru savstarpējā iedarbība. Konstatēts, ka visoptimālākie apstākļi etanola producēšanai no inulīna ar K.marxianus DSM 5422 ir pie 30°C temperatūras, 0,2 l•l-1•min-1 …

The juxtaposition of action and research conveys a sense of the richness and complexity of action research, yet it does not entirely translate its nuanced and sophisticated philosophy. Stalin’s critique of the idea of the class character of language

Shedding light on the different Soviet linguistic approaches to the phenomenon of the class character of language, this paper shows that Stalin’s 1950 critique of Nikolaj Marr’s views echoed criticism that had already been addressed to Marr by his contemporaries. The idea of the class character of language did not amount to a single coherent theory, in Soviet linguistics, of social and linguistic structures, but in many cases remained an abstract theoretical construct. Even if some linguists manifestly subscribed to the Marrist dogma, it did not immediately follow that the idea of the class character of language had exerted significant influence on the actual analysis of language material. …

Rauga Kluyveromyces marxianus biomasas producēšana laktozi saturošos substrātos

Bakalaura darba mērķis bija izvērtēt aerācijas, temperatūras, rauga ekstrakta, melases, amonija sulfāta un urīnvielas ietekmi uz biomasas producēšanu un tās sastāvu laktozes saturošās barotnēs. Fermentācijām tika izvēlēts rauga Kluyveromyces marxianus DSM 5422 celms, kas uzrādīja labāku biomasas iznākumu, salīdzinot ar rauga Kluyveromyces lactis DSM 4394, DSM 70800 un DSM 70799 celmiem. Aerācijas diapazonā 0,2 – 2,0 L·L-1·min-1 optimāls biomasas iznākums tika novērots 1,0 L·L-1·min-1 aerācijas režīmā 35oC temperatūrā. Bakalaura darba mērķis bija izvērtēt industriāla substrāta – laktozi saturoša piena permeāta- izmantošanas iespējas 2-feniletanola biosintēzei ar rauga Kluyveromyces marxianus diviem celmiem- DSM 5422 un DSM 5418- un noskaidrot barotnes sastāva (pussintētiskā laktozes barotne, piena permeāta laktozes barotne, slāpekļa avota (amonija sulfāta), L-fenilalanīna koncentrācija) ietekmi uz 2-feniletanola producēšanu. Tika pierādīta piena permeāta kā oglekļa avota izmantošanas iespēja 2-feniletanola biosintēzei. Pētījumu gaitā tika noskaidrots, ka labākus 2-feniletanola biosintēzes rādītājus uzrādīja K.marxianus DSM 5418 celms, kurš tika audzēts piena permeāta barotnē bez papildus pievienotā amonij…

En el campo literario, la acción conjunta de determinadas instancias de mediación y de consagración puede favorecer la ocupación de un lugar privilegiado y, por consiguiente, posibilita que se logre una posición de relieve en el sistema de producción y circulación de bienes simbólicos, en virtud de la jerarquía que va del reconocimiento a la exclusión. Así, el legado de Max Aub, hoy considerado un clásico contemporáneo, se aborda aquí con el fin de explicar cómo una obra se sitúa en el canon más allá de la desaparición de su autor, qué puede condicionar su variabilidad y qué instancias la amparan, interaccionan a su favor y la legitiman en el campo literario.
