Bakalaura darba “Augstskolas bibliotēkas pārvaldības modeļi un perspektīva” galvenais mērķis ir analizēt Latvijas Universitātes Bibliotēkas un Malmes Universitātes Bibliotēkas pārvaldības modeļus, lai noteiktu galvenos faktorus, uz kuriem balstās augstskolu bibliotēkas, izvēloties pārvaldības modeli. Šim nolūkam darbā par teorētisko bāzi tika izmantotas pārvaldības un lēmumu pieņemšanas teorijas. Lai sasniegtu mērķi un veiktu pētījumu, tika analizēta izvēlēto bibliotēku iekšējā dokumentācija no 2019. līdz 2022. gadam un veiktas intervijas ar bibliotēku direktoriem. Tässä opinnäytetyössä tarkastellaan, onko kokonaisarkkitehtuurin kypsyystasolla ja kokonaisarkkitehtuurituotteen laadulla keskinäistä yhteyttä. Tämän selvittämiseksi valittiin kirjallisuuslähteistä ne artikkelit, joissa kokonaisarkkitehtuurin laatua tutkitaan laatuattribuuttien (quality attributes) kautta. Näiden artikkeleiden perusteella muodostettiin kahdeksan laatuattribuuttia. Näiden laatuattribuuttien kuvauksia verrattiin kolmen kypsyysmallin (JHKA:n kypsyystasomalli, EAMM, DyAMM) kypsyystasokuvauksiin. Analysis of the determinants of entrepreneurial intention: the case of Burkina Faso

International audience; In this study, we propose to analyze students' entrepreneurial intention, drawing on Lazear's (2004) self-selection model. This model captures the role of "human capital" in employment assignment and emphasizes the importance of the variety of skills in the individual's entrepreneurial orientation. For this purpose, we have a database collected in 2017 from over 1000 students at Ouaga I and Ouaga II universities in Burkina Faso. The results of estimates obtained using the quantile regression method show a positive and significant effect of the diversity of skills on the intention score, mainly at the median level. Superradiant Quantum Phase Transition for an Exactly Solvable Two-Qubit Spin-Boson Model

A spin-boson-like model with two interacting qubits is analysed. The model turns out to be exactly solvable since it is characterized by the exchange symmetry between the two spins. The explicit expressions of eigenstates and eigenenergies make it possible to analytically unveil the occurrence of first-order quantum phase transitions. The latter are physically relevant since they are characterized by abrupt changes in the two-spin subsystem concurrence, in the net spin magnetization and in the mean photon number.
