Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli tarkastella musiikin vaikutusta katsojan tulkintaan ja odotusten syntymiseen elokuvan Funny Games (1997) avauskohtauksen kautta. Kohtauksessa soiva musiikki on nähty kuvastavan elokuvan yleistä tunnelmaa ja juonta erittäin hyvin ja tämän vuoksi musiikin on nähty viestivän katsojalle sisällöltään epämukavasta elokuvasta. Tutkimusta varten haastateltiin yhteensä kolmea yliopisto-opiskelijaa, jotka katsoivat lyhyen ja pitkän version kohtauksesta ja sen pohjalta kertoivat näkemyksistään elokuvan jatkosta ja kohtauksen sisällöstä. AbstractThe area of semi-natural grasslands has decreased dramatically causing many grassland specialist species to persist in small habitat fragments. Furthermore, ecological communities once shaped by disturbances related to traditional agriculture now face the impacts of modern agriculture and urbanization. Many of the species have become endangered due to the combined effects of habitat destruction and degradation. Because linear control design methods do not take into account the nonlinearity of the system, a T-S fuzzy model and a controller design approach is used. Abstract In this paper, a simplified calculus model for the prediction of the compressive response of RC column footing with a square cross-section is presented. As it is well-known RC concrete footing are designed adopting uniform contact pressures on the substrate and assuming a strut and tie model in deep members and a cantilever beam or slab model in flexible members. Collective redress makes sense both in court-based litigation and in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Yet while the courts generally have a good sense of collective redress (though arguably there is room for improvements), in the second framework, there are some contradictions from a dogmatic point of view. When collective interests come up in conflict, judicial coercion and a judicial structure are often needed to resolve the conflict. In addition, the absence of a voluntary agreement, especially from the abuser’s side, makes it more difficult to resolve conflicts using ADR.
