Stosowanie nowych metod nauczania jest niezmiernie istotne w kontekście rozwijania kompetencji studentów prawa, zwłaszcza w obszarze nauk penalnych. Autonomia programowa uczelni wyższych oraz normy ustawowe sprawiają, że możliwości wpływania na jakość kształcenia istnieją, abstrahując od sposobów finansowania nauki w Polsce. Zwiększanie umiejętności przyszłych prawników uwidocznione jest w naukach sądowych i kryminalistyce, a zaznajomienie ich z dorobkiem nauk przyrodniczych i technicznych, również w salach laboratoryjnych, może korzystnie wpływać na kompetencje zawodowe w przyszłości.

Wobec niekwestionowanej roli nauczyciela w procesie nauczania oczywiste jest, że jakość edukacji zależy od jakości kadry nauczycielskiej. Zatem problem, jak przygotować kandydata do zawodu, aby potrafił on projektować swoją późniejszą działalność pedagogiczną wymaga ciągłej refleksji. Teacher–student relationship and students’ social competence in relation to the quality of educational dialogue

Teacher–student relationship and students’ social competence were investigated in relation to the quality of educational dialogue. The data consisted of 151 video-recorded Grade 2 lessons. The teachers (N = 50) also rated their students’ (N = 664) social competence and the teacher–student relationship. In terms of teacher–student relationships, closeness associated positively while conflict associated negatively with high quality dialogue. Regarding students’ social competence, cooperation skills and empathy linked positively while disruptiveness linked negatively with high quality dialogue.
