Photocatalytic H2 evolution from aqueous solutions of oxygenated organic compounds in the presence of C3N4/reduced graphene oxide based photocatalysts

Composites of C3N4/reduced graphene oxide have been used as a cheap and promising photocatalysts for triethanolamine and ethanol photo-reforming with H2 generation in aqueous solution. The rate of H2 production over the best performing photocatalysts reached 1,415 μmol·h-1·g-1 which increases up to 57,306 in the presence of 1% of Pt. The apparent quantum efficiency of the optimal material was 7 % by using both LED and natural sunlight irradiation
Photocatalytic Generation of H2 by Photoreforming of Organics in Aqueous Suspension of Nb2o5/C3n4 Composites

Bare and composite materials based on C3N4 and Nb2O5 have been used as photocatalysts for the photoreforming of aqueous solutions of oxygenated compounds. Both Nb2O5 and Nb2O5/C3N4 composites have been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and all of them were physical-chemically characterized. In this work two different carbon nitride species i.e. graphitic (g-C3N4) or thermo-etched (TE-C3N4) were used both alone or coupled with Nb2O5. The photo-reforming activity has been measured under UV irradiation by using the semiconductors in the presence of Pt as co-catalysts and, in the case of the best material, it was, for the first time, measured and compared also under natural solar irradiation. …

Maģistra darba ietvaros pētīts līdz šim Latvijas Republikas tiesību zinātnē detalizēti neaplūkots jautājums par pierādījumu novērtēšanas teorijas vēsturisko attīstību saistībā ar 1864. gada tiesu reformu. Tās rezultāti 1889. gada 9. jūlijā tika attiecināti uz visu tagadējās Latvijas teritoriju. Ar Tautas Padomes 1918. gada 6. decembra un 1919. gada 5. decembra normatīvajiem aktiem tiesu iekārtu un kriminālprocesu noteicošajiem Krievijas likumiem, kas bija spēkā līdz 1917. gada 24. oktobrim, tika saglabāts saistošs spēks arī pēc Latvijas valsts izsludināšanas. Il contributo esamina due dipinti conservati nelle chiese di Petralia Sottana, centro delle alte Madonie. Si tratta della tela raffigurante San Carlo Borromeo della Chiesa Madre che, datata al secondo decennio del Seicento, viene riferita a Giuseppe Salerno, pittore della maniera conosciuto insieme al suo concittadino Gaspare Bazzano come Zoppo di Gangi. L’altro dipinto, invece, è l’affresco raffigurante La disputa di Gesù con i Dottori della chiesa di San Francesco d’Assisi che, riferito dubitativamente pure al Salerno, viene ricondotto ad anonimo pittore della maniera. The implementation of new special education legislation in Finland

This article examines the implementation of new special education legislation in Finland among students with significant disabilities. The data consist of a nationwide survey and field observations. In the analysis, a policy implementation framework is utilized as a theoretical lens. The findings suggest that schools and municipalities that had participated in long-term development projects had more capacity and willingness to reform special education practices substantially, suggesting that learning in one policy area can transfer to other domains across multiple levels of national and local governments.
