The regime of the execution of the sentence is analyzed, starting from the powers of declarative and executive substitution of the contentious-administrative judge. It begins with the reference to the constitutional guidelines of the administrative process. En aquest article defenso que la distribució restringida dels pronoms forts en les oracions existencials del català és la conseqüència, no pas de l'Efecte de Definitud, com s'ha assumit de manera habitual, sinó de la combinació de les condicions informatives que imposa l'oració existencial, que requereix que el pivot sigui contrastiu, amb la naturalesa pragmàtica del contrast en les formes pronominals, que impedeix la lectura contrastiva justament en aquesta posició. El catalán y el español expresan la partición foco-trasfondo (FR) de forma muy diferente (Villalba, 2007, 2011, Leonetti 2011, Planas-Morales y Villalba, 2015), especialmente en las oraciones interrogativas, en las cuales el catalán permite la dislocación a la derecha (DD) del trasfondo, en lugar de la omisión (recuperable por el clítico o la concordancia). Además, el español nunca expresa el trasfondo con la DD, sino que lo representa in situ. Šajā pētījumā tiek analizēti sakārtojuma saikļi saliktos sakārtotos teikumos Britu Nacionālajā Korpusā. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt sakārtojuma saikļu, kas saista neatkarīgas teikuma daļas saliktos sakārtotos teikumos tekstos, kas sagrupēti četros dažādos reģistros (akadēmiski teksti, daiļliteratūra, laikraksti un sarunas) Britu Nacionālajā Korpusā, biežumu un dažādību. Teorētiskā pētījuma metode, kas tika izmantota, ir teoriju par sakārtojuma saikļiem, saliktiem sakārtotiem teikumiem, reģistru un korpusu salīdzināšana. Word space models are used to encode the semantics of natural language elements by means of high dimensional vectors [23]. Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) methodology [15] is well known and widely used for its generalization properties. Despite of its good performance in several applications, the model induced by LSA ignores dynamic changes in sentences meaning that depend on the order of the words, because it is based on a bag of words analysis. Probabilistic squares and hexagons of opposition under coherence

Various semantics for studying the square of opposition and the hexagon of opposition have been proposed recently. We interpret sentences by imprecise (set-valued) probability assessments on a finite sequence of conditional events. We introduce the acceptability of a sentence within coherence-based probability theory. We analyze the relations of the square and of the hexagon in terms of acceptability. Then, we show how to construct probabilistic versions of the square and of the hexagon of opposition by forming suitable tripartitions of the set of all coherent assessments on a finite sequence of conditional events. The mechanism of the exequatur of ecclesiastical sentences of matrimonial nullity provided for by the Agreement of Villa Madama has been subject for several years to an increasingly severe limitation of its operation, which blurs the sense, value and scope of its specialty. Emuāru rakstīšana pēdējo gadu laikā guvusi plašu popularitāti dažādās jomās un nozarēs. Lai gan valodas īpatnības emuāros nav plaši pētītas, valoda emuāros tiek raksturota kā nepastarpināta un tās lietojums tiek salīdzināts ar runas pierakstīšanu, kad domu plūdumu ir grūti sadalīt teikumos. Līdz ar to šī darba mērķis ir izzināt un analizēt sakārtojuma saikļa “un” lietojumu saliktos sakārtotos teikumos emuāros, kas ir uzskatīti par jaunu, vēl attīstības procesā esošu, žanru. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka, lai gan tiek izšķirti astoņi sakārtojuma saikļa “ un” papildus nozīmju veidi, lielākajā daļā teikumu sakārtojuma saiklis “un” tiek lietots ar tā pamatnozīmi.
