International audience; Solar neutrinos have been pivotal to the discovery of neutrino flavour oscillations and are a unique tool to probe the reactions that keep the Sun shine. Although most of solar neutrino components have been directly measured, the neutrinos emitted by the keystone pp reaction, in which two protons fuse to make a deuteron, have so far eluded direct detection. The Borexino experiment, an ultra-pure liquid scintillator detector running at the Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso in Italy, has now filled the gap, providing the first direct real time measurement of pp neutrinos and of the solar neutrino luminosity.

Spośród trzech mów na temat pokoju pierwszą z nich Grzegorz z Nazjanzu wygłosił najprawdopodobniej w lutym 364 roku. Jej wątkiem wiodącym było przywrócenie pokoju i zgody u zwaśnionych stron we wspólnocie kościelnej Nazjanzu. Powodem sporu okazało się opaczne złożenie podpisu przez Grzegorza Starszego pod wyznaniem wiary, które było w tej miejscowości rozpowszechniane przez ariańskiego przedstawiciela. Dla mówcy podłożem do przywrócenia pokoju były wspólne idee łączące zwaśnione strony, czyli wiara w jednego Boga, zgodne interpretacje zagadnień trynitarnych i pragnienie jedności. Abstract Context We previously presented evidence that TSH receptor (TSHR)-stimulating autoantibodies (TSAbs) bind to and activate TSHRs but do not bind to IGF1 receptors (IGF1Rs). Nevertheless, we showed that IGF1Rs were involved in thyroid eye disease (TED) pathogenesis because TSAbs activated crosstalk between TSHR and IGF1R. Teprotumumab, originally generated to inhibit IGF1 binding to IGF1R, was recently approved for the treatment of TED (Tepezza). Dans le cadre d’un travail de recherche en Analyse Conversationnelle (Sacks, 1992) traitant des dimensions linguistiques et multimodales des interactions entre le personnel de service et les clients lors d’un repas au restaurant, nous avons élaboré une partie de notre corpus dans un restaurant expérimental équipé d’un système d’enregistrement audio et vidéo. Dans cet article, nous exposerons comment ce dispositif a été utilisé pour la constitution de notre corpus afin de capter des données authentiques enregistrées dans leur contexte naturel de production.Grâce à l’analyse fine de deux extraits, nous montrerons que le dispositif technique à disposition dans cette structure ne peut pas être …
