Because of the dynamic history of Silesia and the related heterogeneity of its population, the problem of national identity in this region was and still is a very sensitive issue. Maģistra darbā analizēts Itālijas Republikas konstitūcijas tulkojums angļu valodā un tajā izmantotās tulkošanas stratēģijas. Darba mērķis ir analizēt konstitūcijas tulkojumu no itāļu valodas angļu valodā un identificēt izmantotās stratēģijas, kā arī vērtēt, vai izmantotā stratēģija ietekmē tulkojuma kvalitāti un precizitāti. Pētījumā secināts, ka dažas tulkošanas stratēģijas tiek izmantotas diezgan bieži un tās neietekmē tulkojuma precizitāti. Tomēr ir dažas stratēģijas, kas ir ietekmējušas tulkojuma precizitāti.
