This study presents a personality evaluation instrument adapted to the vocational setting: the Adaptive Vocational Personality Questionnaire (AVPQ). The questionnaire was developed and tested in a sample of 2160 university students in the final years of their degree programs. The purpose of the study is to validate the questionnaire, providing evidence about its internal structure and its usefulness for predicting scores on a criterion scale. A confirmatory factor analysis combined with a cross-validation design was used: the exploratory sample (n = 879) helped to identify the model with the factorial structure that best fit the relations among the items. Tiene como objetivos explorar las concepciones de planificación del profesorado y del personal gestor de la formación profesional para el empleo y analizar similitudes y divergencias entre las mismas, puesto que ambos son agentes que participan en los procesos de planificación en esta formación. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie rekomendacji dotyczących zwiększenia stopnia dopasowania oferty kształcenia zawodowego do potrzeb rynku pracy w kontekście sytuacji szkolnictwa zawodowego w Opolu. Tekst oparty jest na wynikach badania przeprowadzonego przy użyciu papierowych formularzy (PAPS). W badaniu wzięło udział 10 z 13 placówek prowadzonych przez gminę Opole, w których odbywa się edukacja zawodowa młodzieży, w tym wszystkie technika oraz 3 zasadnicze szkoły zawodowe pierwszego stopnia. Abstract This article presents an examination of occupational well‐being among teachers in Finland who are over 45‐years of age (n = 1012). Occupational well‐being was described by affective (job anxiety and depression, burnout), behavioral (job competence and aspiration) and health (psychosomatic Symptoms and work ability) components. The structure of well‐being turned out to be two‐dimensional, consisting of affect‐health and behavior dimensions.
