In this study, a comparison between two different approaches used to study a total knee prosthesis is presented. In particular, the contact area of the components of knee prosthesis has been evaluated using both a numerical and an experimental approach. The numerical analysis has been performed by FEM Models, whereas the experimental study has been conducted using an ultrasonic-based method. The mediatization of emotions emerges as an affordance of social media, the study of which involves paying attention to digital practices and the formation of the sense of public affection, of connected audiences expressing their participation through expressions of sentiment. This happens both for the great events and for the daily demonstrations of support or of its negation. Here we choose to analyze the tweets in which the fans express their opinions on the participation in the reality shows of their “icons”: Vladimir Luxuria and Cristiano Malgioglio. To reconstruct the hashtag semantics we use: the NodeXL software for network analysis and Iramuteq for the extraction of lexical worlds.

Aims To explore participants’ ability to participate in physical activity (PA), and barriers and facilitators to PA, at 12 months following restrictive bariatric surgery, and how these differed from participants’ pre-surgery perceptions. Motivators for PA post-surgery were also explored. Methods Qualitative one-on-one in-depth interviews were conducted pre- and 12 months post-surgery.
