What is sociosemiotics? As it will be attempted to show in this paper it is at least in its Italian version, a specific way that semiotics has of conceiving social reality. We will clarify in these pages the theoretical assumptions of contemporary semiotics that have made possible the edification of sociosemiotics as a current specific to the theory of signification. And the main contributions produced in this field roughly in the last twenty years, starting with the publication of a key text for the the development of sociosemiotics, Gianfranco Marrone's "Corpi Sociali" (2001), to which a specific in-depth discussion will be dedicated.

This paper investigates the role of lighting in the quintessential commercial place: the supermarket. The aim of the article is to understand how lights contribute to construct the sense of a place and to define the supermarket as a text. Supermarket's system of illumination reveals the construcion of a framed text the connect fresh products with canned product. From a structuralistic pont of view, both industrial and organic supermarkets will be considered as the different treatment of lighting gives rise ti twi opposing ideologies of sale and consumption.

International audience; This work introduces an ontology-based spatio-temporal data model to represent entities evolving in space and time. A dynamic phenomenon generates a complex relationship network between the entities involved in the process. At the abstract level, the relationships can be identity or topological filiations. The existence of an identity filiation depends on whether the object changes its identity or not. On the other hand, topological filiations are based exclusively on the spatial component, like in the case of growth, reduction, merging or splitting. The paper will provide an overview of the semiotics of space as it has been investigated in Italy in the last twenty years. After identifying the semiotic relevance in the study of space, the distinction between objectivating and subjectivating conceptions is recalled, stressing how these two kinds of spatiality are such only by virtue of effects of meaning constructed by and in texts. We then examine two macro lines of research on which semiotics has focused: those on spatiality described and constructed in various types of narrative (space in the text) and those on experienced spatiality (space as text). Ultrafast Coherent THz Lattice Dynamics Coupled to Spins in the van der Waals Antiferromagnet FePS3

Coherent THz optical lattice and hybridized phonon–magnon modes are triggered by femtosecond laser pulses in the antiferromagnetic van der Waals semiconductor FePS3. The laser-driven lattice and spin dynamics are investigated in a bulk crystal as well as in a 380 nm-thick exfoliated flake as a function of the excitation photon energy, sample temperature and applied magnetic field. The pump-probe magneto-optical measurements reveal that the amplitude of a coherent phonon mode oscillating at 3.2 THz decreases as the sample is heated up to the Néel temperature. W artykule przedstawiona została problematyka funkcjonowania dyplomacji Rzeczypospolitej w stosunkach z Rosją w latach 1711-1763. Za dolną cezurę przyjęto poselstwo Marcjana Dominika Wołłowicza do cara Piotra I, które jednoznacznie zakończyło okres separatystycznych litewskich działań dyplomatycznych z pierwszej dekady XVIII wieku. Przywrócona została zasada prowadzenia wspólnej polityki zagranicznej Korony i Wielkiego Księstwa z uwzględnieniem większego zainteresowania Litwinów stosunkami z Rosją.
