To work out and produce this knowledge a literature review has been used as method. An extensive search was conducted in different databases. In the light of Philipp Sarasin's work in 'Darwin und Foucault: Genealogie und Geschichte im Zeitalter der Biologie', the article delineates a genealogically articulated naturally produced culture and a cultured nature and discusses the genealogical implications of a carnal, becoming self in a world that could rightly be justified "as an aesthetical phenomenon." The article demonstrates the historicity and processual materiality as a conceptual platform for a combination of the notions of experienced carnality and a socially constructed body, demonstrating such a historically embedded carnal body as a binding agent for the "social constructivist" and "biologist" approaches in sciences. Il nuovo realismo ha evidenziato i limiti del costruttivismo sociale e del cosiddetto «pensiero debole», che rischia di sfociare nel nichilismo. Sono stati recentemente rimossi dei pregiudizi che impedivano di cogliere la realtà dei fatti educativi nella sua concreta evidenza. Tuttavia un’apertura alla prospettiva metafisica offrirebbe al nuovo realismo ulteriori spazi epistemologici. Paul Ernest is an internationally recognised authority on the philosophy of social-constructivism particularly in the context of mathematics education. He has published widely on the issue, perhaps his two best known and widely cited works are ‘The Philosophy of Mathematics Education’ (Ernest 1991), and ‘Social Constructivism as a Philosophy of Mathematics’ (Ernest 1998). As one engages with this short paper it is evident that one is in the company of a ‘master’ of the topic. It is quite remarkable how within the space of about 4000 words he manages to produce an erudite and informative account of 4 related theories of learning, and outline some of their implications for teaching.
Interactive Learning Environments (ILEs) as Effective Tools for Teaching Social Sciences

Schoolteachers could enhance learning in social science courses by using teaching tools that favour a methodological approach focused on the topics' basic structure rather than on facts. An innovative system dynamics social-based ILE built with a social constructivist approach is presented here. The pedagogical futures of this ILE are then analysed. The effective impact of different instructional approaches inspired by social-based ILEs on student learning outcomes is also discussed. En este trabajo, presentaré una concepción de la ciudadanía europea, la que ha desarrollado Teodora (o Dora) Kostakopoulou, que es capaz a la vez de: 1) demostrar el carácter no natural sino artificial de la noción de identidad cultural y política, 2) evitar la trampa de ofrecer modelos de ciudadanía análogos a los modelos estatales, inaplicables a una institución como la UE, y 3) tener en cuenta los principios democráticos de inclusión y de participación. . Some legal scholars draw a clear line between law and legal knowledge. Following Norberto Bobbio, we can call them “law’s guardians”. Conversely, others – Bobbio calls them “law’s creators” – almost neglect the relevance of the border which separates law and legal knowledge. The distinction between “guardians” and “creators” captures something relevant about jurists’ style in different historical periods and contexts. Nevertheless, it would be a clear mistake to treat this distinction as a conceptual or a substantive one. La scienza giuridica di matrice giuspositivista istituisce un legame stringente tra diritto e linguaggio. Secondo questa prospettiva, il diritto è il discorso del legislatore e la scienza giuridica non è altro che un discorso sopra un discorso: un meta-linguaggio descrittivo del linguaggio prescrittivo del legislatore. Questa concezione del diritto e questo modello di scienza giuridica sono in crisi da alcuni decenni.
