In humans, the 30,000 M(r) Rhesus (Rh) polypeptide D (RhD) is a dominant antigen (Ag) of the Rh blood group system. To date, an Rh-like protein has been found in chimpanzees, gorillas, gibbons, and rhesus monkeys. Related to the 30,000 M(r) Rh Ag protein are two polypeptides of 50,000 M(r), the human 50,000 M(r) Rh Ag and the RhD-like protein from Caenorhabditis elegans. The function of all these proteins is not sufficiently known. Introduction: Migraine is a common disorder in children and adolescents, associated with various disorders such as emotions, behavioral problems, and sleep disturbances. Aim of the study is to verify the relationship between psychological problems of cephalalgic patients and sleep disturbances. Materials and methods: 64 subjects (27 females), aged 8-12 years (mean 9.4 years, SD ± 1.03) with primary headache were enrolled. The modified nucleoside U*, located in the first position of the anticodon of yeast, chicken liver and bovine liver tRNA(Pro) (anticodon U*GG), has been determined by means of TLC, HPLC, ultraviolet spectrum and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The structure was established as 5-carbamoylmethyluridine (ncm5U). In addition, we report on the primary structures of the above-mentioned tRNAs as well as those which have the IGG anticodon. Streptomycetes are gram-positive bacteria that produce about 2/3 of pharmaceutically active secondary metabolites, such as antibiotics, and anti-tumor, immunosuppressive, antifungal and antiparasitic agents. We characterize which 3-dimensional Seifert manifolds admit transitive partially hyperbolic diffeomorphisms. In particular, a circle bundle over a higher-genus surface admits a transitive partially hyperbolic diffeomorphism if and only if it admits an Anosov flow.
Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma: Limitations for resectability, current surgical concepts and future perspectives.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) is the second most common hepatic malignancy and its incidence has been shown to increase significantly during the past decades. Complete surgical resection is currently acknowledged as the only curative treatment option able to provide adequate long-term outcomes. We herein review technical, functional and oncologic limitations for resectability, discuss current surgical aspects as well as highlight the fields in which future research and practice should focus on in order to ameliorate long-term outcomes in patients with iCCA.
