Tutoraggio didattico tra pari a distanza: una ricerca-intervento svolta con gli studenti universitari

Nell’a. a. 2020-21 è stata svolta una ricerca-intervento sul peer tutoring in ambito universitario, ipotizzato come strumento efficace per ridurre alcuni effetti negativi che la DAD, imposta dalla pandemia da covid-19, aveva provocato durante l’a. a. 2019-20 tra gli studenti iscritti al primo anno del corso di laurea triennale in Scienze dell’Educazione dell’Università di Palermo. 17 studentesse e 2 studenti del secondo anno di questo corso di studi, che avevano completato gli esami dell’anno precedente, dopo aver partecipato tra febbraio e marzo ad una specifica attività formativa, da marzo a giugno 2021 hanno aiutato, ancora in modalità a distanza, 33 studentesse e 2 studenti – loro colle…
Uzdevumos balstīta prezentācijas prasmju pilnveide augstskolā

Mūsdienās prezentēšanas prasmes ir kļuvušas par aktuālu tematu. Prasme prezentēt auditorijas priekšā augstskolās ietekmē ne tikai personīgo izaugsmi, bet arī karjeru nākotnē. Lai sniegtu pārliecinošu prezentāciju, prezentētājam būtu jāzin pārliecināšanas paņēmieni. Maģistra darba mērķis bija izpētīt prezentācijas prasmju pilnveidi augstkolās, koncentrējoties uz uzdevumiem, kas aptver konkrētus pārliecināšanas paņēmienus. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka studenti apzinās konkrētu pārliecināšanas paņēmienu nozīmi, bet ir piesardzīgi to lietojumā sniedzot prezentāciju, kas var tikt pamatots ar zemu angļu valodas prasmi.

The crisis of values, authority and identity that affects contemporary Europe encourages the Church to act that will protect Christians from axiological and morał degradation. One of the areas that can do this through their methods is Catholic social teaching. The article is a presentation of the most important assumptions of Catholic social science and an indication of how concepts of the nation and State together with goals and rights and obligations should be implemented so that both the Citizen and the rulers can strive for the common good.

I am an applied linguist who considers language learning to be a socially constructed practice. In fact, I would rather talk about applied language studies than applied linguistics, as I understand this area of inquiry to include any language-related research that bears a strong connection to societally significant phenomena. Apart from English-speaking countries, then, most European universities offer their degree programmes in a language that is not the first language of either the students or the teachers.
