Una política juvenil para promover el desarrollo local: un estudio de caso

El artículo presenta un estudio de caso de una política juvenil realizada en la última década en una región del Sur de Italia. Su interés reside en la versatilidad, el enfoque multidimensional y en el hecho de haber actuado como un óptimo instrumento de desarrollo local. El estudio de caso se ha realizado a través del análisis documental de las evaluaciones ex -ante, durante y ex – post que se hicieron para valorar el impacto de la política. La reflexión que el caso propone se enfoca en cómo se puede promover eficazmente el desarrollo local a través de políticas más trasversales.

Publiskā runa tiek uzskatīta par izšķirošu prasmi, kas ietekmē tālāk apmācību un nodarbinātības veiksmi. Tomēr daudzās EFL klasēs, kur mācās angļu valodu kā svešvalodu, runas prasmju attīstība nav pietiekami risināta. Tāpēc, šī Diplomdarba autore veica šo jautājumu izpēti un izveidoja attiecīgu programmu, kas ļauj uzlabot skolnieku publiskās runas prasmes. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika izmantota praktiskā izpētes metode divu mēnešu garumā – no 2017. gada oktobra līdz novembrim. Tā tika veikta Rīgas Zolitūdes ģimnāzijā un kurā tika iesaistīti divdesmit viens 16 gadus veci 10. klases skolēni. Viņu angļu valodas zināšanu līmenis bija vidējs. Experimental and numerical evidences are presented which show that the efficiency of silicon based tandem solar-cells can be increased by incorporating a three-dimensional photonic crystal as an intermediate reflector.

Abstract The solitary parasitoid Eretmocerus mundus Mercet (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae) is one of the key biological control agents of the whitefly Bemisia argentifolii Bellows & Perring, also known as B. tabaci (Gennadius) B-biotype (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae). We present new information on its biology, and particularly about larval elimination during the first instar in cases of superparasitism. For the first time, physical elimination of supernumerary larvae was observed, both outside and inside the host. These findings are documented with confocal microscopy images and video recordings. Augsta refrakcijas indeksa briļļu lēcu bez antirefleksā klājuma ietekme uz redzes kvalitāti

Maģistra darbs sastāv no 38 lapām, kas satur 26 attēlus, 2 tabulas un 25 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Mērķis: Noskaidrot augsta refrakcijas indeksa lēcas bez antirefleksā klājuma ietekmi uz redzes kvalitāti. Pētījumā piedalījās 15 dalībnieki. Visiem pētījuma dalībniekiem ar FrACT testa palīdzību tika mērīts redzes asums 10% un 100% optoptipu kontrastā ar dažādām lēcām. Rezultāti liecina, ka antirefleksais klājums statistiski būtiski paaugstina redzes asumu. Lēcas refrakcijas indeksam nav būtiskas ietekmes uz redzes kvalitāti.
