Non-stationary dynamo and magnetospheric accretion processes of the classical T Tauri star V2129 Oph

We report here the first results of a multiwavelength campaign focussing on magnetospheric accretion processes of the classical T Tauri star V2129 Oph. In this paper, we present spectropolarimetric observations collected in 2009 July with ESPaDOnS at the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope and contemporaneous photometry secured with the SMARTS facility. Circularly polarized Zeeman signatures are clearly detected, both in photospheric absorption and accretion-powered emission lines, from time-series of which we reconstruct new maps of the magnetic field, photospheric brightness and accretion-powered emission at the surface of V2129 Oph using our newest tomographic imaging tool - to be compared wi…

The popularity of quality management as a system for continuous improvement has not been accompanied by deep theoretical understanding of its effects on process innovation. In this work, the resource-based view serves as the basis for the construction of a model designed to explain the effects of quality management practices (QMP) on process innovation performance and the mediating role of dynamic capabilities in this relationship. We limit ourselves to an approach focused on evaluating the human-computer interface. The importance of users for innovation has been increasingly emphasized in the literatures on design and management of technology. Less attention has been given to how people shape technology-in-use. This paper first provides a review of literature on technology use in the social and cultural studies of technology. It then moves to examine empirically how a novel alarm and monitoring appliance was appropriated in the work of home-care nurses and in the everyday living of elderly people. Analysis shows that even these technically unsavvy users shaped the technology considerably by various, even if mundane, acts of adapting it materially, as well as by attributing different meanings to it. Il cappero appartiene alla famiglia delle Capparidaceae, sottofamiglia Ajugodeae Briq., trib. Rosmarinae Briq., genere Capparis Sp.:23 (1753). Il genere Capparis comprende circa 250 specie distribuite nella fascia tropicale e subtropicale del Vecchio e del Nuovo mondo. Nell’area del bacino del Mediterraneo la più diffusa risulta Capparis spinosa.
