Educational and vocational guidance has received increased attention with regard to policymaking in the Nordic countries over the last 15 years. This has led to a growing interest in research-based knowledge. Updating an earlier article, we undertake a systematic literature review of guidance research in the Nordic countries during this 15-year period. This literature review presents a review of cyber information sharing based on systematic queries in four scientific databases. Hundreds of articles were handled and clustered. Relevant publications concerning cyber information sharing are succinctly described in the paper. This full research paper studies the significance of self-directed learning (SDL) in distance education. A literature review revealed many characteristics related to SDL that are important to success in distance education. The self-directed learning readiness (SDLR) levels of 124 students were gathered for this research, and the results were compared between contact and distance learners. The effect of gender on SDLR and the relationship between SDLR and preference for distance education were examined. Tässä kirjallisuuskatsauksessa kartoitettiin kansainvälisten tutkimusten valossa perhevalmennusohjelmien sisältöjä ja työmuotoja sekä selvitettiin, mitkä tukemisen tavoista olivat edistäneet parhaiten vanhemmuuteen valmistautumista ja perheiden hyvinvointia. Katsaukseen valittiin 14 empiiristä artikkelia, jotka käsittelivät vanhemmaksi tulon siirtymävaiheessa toteutettuja vanhemmuuden vahvistamiseen tähtääviä interventioita. Tämä puheviestinnän pro gradu -tutkielma on kriittinen kirjallisuuskatsaus, jonka tarkoituksena oli selvittää ja jäsennellä, millaista tutkimusta johtajien interpersonaalisesta vuorovaikutusosaamisesta on tehty vuosina 2006 - 2011. Tavoitteena oli tehdä yhteenvetoa ja arviointia sekä kriittisesti pohtia käytettyjä metodeja. Kirjallisuuskatsaus tehtiin systemaattisesti, täsmällisesti ja toistettavasti.
