NAIRU modelis Latvijas ekonomikai
2019

Existence and uniqueness of nontrivial collocation solutions of implicitly linear homogeneous Volterra integral equations
2011
We analyze collocation methods for nonlinear homogeneous Volterra-Hammerstein integral equations with non-Lipschitz nonlinearity. We present different kinds of existence and uniqueness of nontrivial collocation solutions and we give conditions for such existence and uniqueness in some cases. Finally we illustrate these methods with an example of a collocation problem, and we give some examples of collocation problems that do not fit in the cases studied previously.
Random attractors for stochastic lattice systems with non-Lipschitz nonlinearity
2011
In this article, we study the asymptotic behaviour of solutions of a first-order stochastic lattice dynamical system with an additive noise. We do not assume any Lipschitz condition on the nonlinear term, just a continuity assumption together with growth and dissipative conditions so that uniqueness of the Cauchy problem fails to be true. Using the theory of multi-valued random dynamical systems, we prove the existence of a random compact global attractor.
Non-Lipschitz Homogeneous Volterra Integral Equations
2018
In this chapter we introduce a class of nonlinear Volterra integral equations (VIEs) which have certain properties that deviate from the standard results in the field of integral equations. Such equations arise from various problems in shock wave propagation with nonlinear flux conditions. The basic equation we will consider is the nonlinear homogeneous Hammerstein–Volterra integral equation of convolution type $$\displaystyle u(t) = \int _0^t k(t-s) g(u(s))\,\mathrm {d}s. $$ When g(0) = 0, this equation has function u ≡ 0 as a solution (trivial solution). It is interesting to determine whether there exists a nontrivial solution or not. Classical results on integral equations are not to be …
Morphological determination of the phototrophic community composition of biological soil crusts in coastal sand dunes in northern Germany
2022
This dataset comprises the microbial community composition of biological soil crusts in north-German sand dunes. For this we obtained enrichment cultures of phototrophic microorganisms, by placing fragments of biocrusts of the same Petri dishes as used for sequencing, in Petri dishes with Bold Basal (1N BBM) agarized medium (Bischoff and Bold 1963). Cultures were grown under standard laboratory conditions: with a 12-hour alteration of light and dark phases and irradiation of 25 μmol photons m-2 s-1 at a temperature 20 ± 5 ºС. Microscopic study of these raw cultures began in the third week of cultivation. Morphological examinations were performed using Olympus BX53 light microscope with Noma…
First Host Record forAcanthaegilips(Hymenoptera: Figitidae: Anacharitinae) and Description of a New Species From Venezuela
2014
A new Acanthaegilips species from Venezuela is described, i.e., Acanthaegilips notiobiellus sp. nov. Diagnostic characters of the new species and data about its biology, distribution and morphological variability are presented. We report here the first known host of Acanthaegilips as Notiobiella cixiiformis (Gerstaecker, 1888) (Neuroptera: Hemerobiidae).
Methodologies for the Statistical Analysis of Memory Response to Radiation
2016
International audience; Methodologies are proposed for in-depth statistical analysis of Single Event Upset data. The motivation for using these methodologies is to obtain precise information on the intrinsic defects and weaknesses of the tested devices, and to gain insight on their failure mechanisms, at no additional cost. The case study is a 65 nm SRAM irradiated with neutrons, protons and heavy ions. This publication is an extended version of a previous study.
Investigation on MCU Clustering Methodologies for Cross-Section Estimation of RAMs
2015
International audience; Various failure scenarios may occur during irradiation testing of SRAMs, which may generate different characteristic Multiple Cell Upset (MCU) error patterns. This work proposes a method based on spatial and temporal criteria to identify them.
Characterization of ALD grown Ti x Al y N and Ti x Al y C thin films
2017
Abstract Atomic layer deposition (ALD) was used to grow Ti x Al y N and Ti x Al y C thin films using trimethylaluminum (TMA), titanium tetrachloride and ammonia as precursors. Deposition temperature was varied between 325 °C and 500 °C. Films were also annealed in vacuum and N 2 -atmosphere at 600–1000 °C. Wide range of characterization methods was used including time-of-flight elastic recoil detection analysis (ToF-ERDA), X-ray diffractometry (XRD), X-ray reflectometry (XRR), Raman spectroscopy, ellipsometry, helium ion microscopy (HIM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and 4-point probe measurement for resistivity. Deposited films were roughly 100 nm thick and contained mainly desired elemen…
