Ce dossier d'HDR retrace dans un premier volume (document de synthèse) un parcours de recherche qui se situe au carrefour de l’histoire juridique, politique et culturelle de l’Allemagne du XXe siècle et qui m’a menée de travaux d’abord centrés sur l’histoire des idées juridiques sous Weimar vers des recherches relevant d’une histoire culturelle de la justice et au-delà de la démocratie ouest-allemande après 1945. L’unité du dossier réside en premier lieu dans ses objets d’étude : l’articulation entre le droit, la justice et leurs acteurs (les juristes) et la réflexion sur la démocratie. Live journalism is a new journalistic genre in which journalists present news stories to a live audience. This article investigates the journalistic manuscripts of live journalism performances. With the focus on texts, the article reaches beyond the live performance to explore the wider implications and potentials pioneered by live journalists. How critical thinking should be at the heart of digital interactions?

In this paper, we explore how to teach critical thinking in the digital age, in order to promote the autonomy of practitioners. An interaction theory is proposed to identify the constraints that structure digital creativity. This model helps to design a critical pedagogy, linking without opposing a procedural approach to a reflective approach. The article presents an implementation of this model in a writing course on a social network. As a backbone of reporting in war and conflicts, fixers offer essential assistance to the foreign correspondent in conflict zones, also in Pakistan.
