riassunto — Le mummie moderne e il signifcato recondito della doppia sepoltura nelle culture mediterranee moderne sono da tempo ampiamente dibattuti. In questo lavoro si discute di una particolare “collezione” di corpi di ecclesiastici, mummifcati ed esposti in un comune montano madonita della Sicilia, Gangi. I corpi, principalmente risalenti al XIX secolo, mummifcati per colatura come nella tradizione del tempo e vestiti degli abiti talari, sono esposti nel piano sottostante della Chiesa Madre, in quella che nella tradizione è detta la “fossa dei parrini” (fossa dei preti). Structure and Photocatalytic Properties of TiO2-WO3Composites Prepared by Electrophoretic Deposition

In this work TiO2-WO3 composite films containing different oxide concentrations were prepared by electrophoretic deposition on steel substrates. Composite coating structures were analyzed by X -ray diffraction, Raman spectra and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed an even distribution of WO3 particles in the entire composite layer. Light absorption measurements were used for photocatalytic properties evaluation. It was found that the removal ratio of methylene blue depends on the (TiO2):(WO3) concentration ratio. This article focuses on the news coverage given to the CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research) announcement that neutrinos might exceed the speed of light, flying in the face of Albert Einstein’s theory. By studying 140 cartoons about the news item published between the CERN’s announcement at the end of September 2011 up until its refutation in February 2012, we selected 33 devoted to Albert Einstein. We study the iconographic use of Einstein’s figure, and how the suggestion he might have been wrong stirred up greater interest among the cartoonists than when it was proven his ideas are still fully in force.

Aims To investigate women's childbirth experiences and their relation to self-esteem development in the postpartum year. Design A mixed methods study. Methods Women (N = 125) completed survey questionnaires regarding their self-esteem and childbirth experiences at three time points in 2020–2021: third trimester of pregnancy (T1), 4–8 weeks postpartum (T2) and 1 year postpartum (T3). The survey results were analysed using qualitative thematic and quantitative path analyses with latent change factors. Kontekstem badań było to, że różni komentatorzy Księgi Ezechiela proponują różniące się między sobą struktury badanych tekstów. Większość z nich pracowała (nadal pracuje) metodami diachronicznymi. Zazwyczaj ci autorzy układają wersy w grupy i tym grupom nadają tytuły. Dlatego celem badań stało się odkrycie struktur opartych o wersy tekstu biblijnego. Można wtedy wskazać konkretne wersy (lub ich części, człony), których użył starożytny autor natchniony. Dlatego zastosowano metodę biblijnej retoryki hebrajskiej, która ma 3 etapy: analizę oddolną, analizę odgórną oraz interpretację teologiczną.
