Reprogramming of somatic cells into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) is an epigenetic phenomenon. It has been suggested that iPSC retain some tissue-specific memory whereas little is known about interindividual epigenetic variation. We have reprogrammed mesenchymal stromal cells from human bone marrow (iP-MSC) and compared their DNA methylation profiles with initial MSC and embryonic stem cells (ESCs) using high-density DNA methylation arrays covering more than 450,000 CpG sites. Overall, DNA methylation patterns of iP-MSC and ESC were similar whereas some CpG sites revealed highly significant differences, which were not related to parental MSC. Integrēta mācību satura un valodas apguve (CLIL) kļūst arvien vairāk izmantota vispārizglītojošās skolās visā Eiropā. Arodskolās Latvijā ir nepieciešams uzlabot izglītības ieguves procesu un šī metode varētu būt risinājums. Šajā diplomdarbā apskatīts kā izveidot kritērijus materiālu izstrādei, lai sekmētu integrēta mācību satura un valodas apguvi arodskolā. Darbā iekļauti izstrādātie integrēta mācību satura un valodas apguves materiāli, kuri izstrādāti, lai izmantotu angļu valodas un mārketinga mācīšanai arodskolā. Par contre, les Lissamphibiens n'ont pas été rencontrés dans les séries du Mésozoïque et du Cénozoïque hormis plusieurs espèces modernes qui ont été récoltées à la faveur des recherches préhistoriques dans le Quaternaire (Pléistocène, Holocène, Actuel).

DNA-repair mechanisms enable cells to maintain their genetic information by protecting it from mutations that may cause malignant growth. Recent evidence suggests that specific DNA-repair enzymes contain ISCs (iron–sulfur clusters). The nuclearencoded protein frataxin is essential for the mitochondrial biosynthesis of ISCs. Frataxin deficiency causes a neurodegenerative disorder named Friedreich's ataxia in humans. Various types of cancer occurring at young age are associated with this disease, and hence with frataxin deficiency.
