Wiedza językowa a sprawność mówienia

W artykule prezentowane są wyniki jakościowej analizy zadań dydaktycznych z wybranych podręczników do nauczania języka polskiego, które mają dać odpowiedź na pytanie, w jakim stopniu nauczanie formalnych aspektów języka przekłada się na rozwijanie sprawności mówienia. Tekst składa się z trzech zasadniczych części. W pierwszej krótko omówiono kluczowe dla tekstu pojęcia - kategorię mówienia oraz wiedzę językową, w drugiej przedstawiono i skomentowano wyniki analizy zadań. Trzecia część artykułu ma charakter podsumowujący.

Among the most important 21st century skills that every student needs are the ability to work with information. The key for implementing competency based approach to learning will be related to how students' ability to apply skills acquired in, for example, mathematics can be transferred to other subject contexts. Student teachers' questioning behaviour which elicit conceptual explanation from students

Getting students to explain their thinking is one of the big challenges in teachers’ work. Previous studies have analysed teacher questioning by focusing on amounts of different types of questions. In this study, I use questioning diagrams to see how questioning develops during the lessons. The data includes video recordings of student teachers’ mathematics lessons in secondary and upper secondary school. The data is analysed by constructing questioning diagram for each student teacher and locating conceptual explanations given by students. Mental Skills of an Athlete as a Resource of Professional Longevity in Sport

The aim of the study was to assess associations between dimensions of mental skills, psychological readiness and predictors of career longevity among current athletes. Mental skills dimensions were measured with the Ottawa Mental Skills Assessment Tool (OMSAT). The psychological predictors of athletic career longevity were measured with the Athletic Coping Skills Scale-28 (the ACSI-28) producing scores for seven coping skills and with the Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2 (CSAI-2) which produced scores for confidence in competition. THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WOMEN´S ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS TECHNICAL SKILL, PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE TEST RESULTS AND SUCCESS IN COMPETITIONS IN FINLAND

The aim of this study was to find out the potential of the Minoritest to identify the most likely talented gymnasts to join the national team pre-training group in Finland. The study examined the relationships between gymnasts´ (N=215, age 10–13) Minoritest results (2006–2010) and success in competitions after the Minoritests until the end of 2016. The competition results were also compared between the gymnasts who had participated in the test and a random number (N=180) of gymnasts who had not. Regional differences in Italian students' performance: a simulation model

This work presents the first results of a research project seeking to build a simulation model able to reproduce the differences of Italian students’ performance at regional level. A preliminary qualitative cause-and-effect model defines the main variable involved in the inter-generational skill formation processes, as well as their interplay with the job market context and the triggering of motivational forces for new skill acquisition. Diplomdarba autore Linda Spalva. Šobrīd autore studē Latvijas Universitātē, studiju programmā speciālās izglītības skolotājs/skolotājs logopēds. Paralēli studijām autore apmeklē dažādus kursus gan logopēdijā, gan speciālajā pedagoģijā. Kopš 2018.gada sākuma strādā vispārizglītojošā skolā par speciālo pedagogu. Diplomdarba tēma – Rakstītprasmes veicināšana sākumskolas skolēniem ar mācīšanās traucējumiem. Rakstītprasme ir viena no dzīves pamatprasmēm, ko skolēns apgūst skolā, tādēļ ļoti būtiski to izkopt un pilnveidot.
