ABSTRACT Bacillus subtilis 168 is resistant to phenolic acids by expression of an inducible enzyme, the phenolic acid decarboxylase (PadC), that decarboxylates these acids into less toxic vinyl derivatives. In the phenolic acid stress response (PASR), the repressor of padC , PadR, is inactivated by these acids. Inactivation of PadR is followed by a strong expression of padC . Animated musical films, such as Disney’s Frozen, have long been immensely popular among the globe; however, the investigation of the songs of such films in a dubbing context constitutes a relatively new area of research. This paper compares the theme of isolation in one song from Frozen, ‘Let it go’, in the two Dutch-language dubbed versions released in, respectively, the Netherlands and Belgium. The triangle of aspects, an analytical model for animated musical films, is used to analyse the musical, visual, and verbal codes of ‘Let it go’ and categorise differences between the TTs and the ST. En primer lugar, revisaremos la bibliografía sobre experiencias previas de aplicación de corpus textuales a la enseñanza de la traducción jurídica. Objetivos: Estudiar el efecto en los marcadores de estrés oxidativo (EO) en linfomonocitos circulantes y de inflamación sistémica relacionada con la arteriosclerosis tras un sobrecarga oral con grasa (SOG) monoinsaturada en sujetos con hipercolesterolemia familiar (HF) heterocigota y comparar esta respuesta con la obtenida en sujetos normolipémicos normoglucémicos. Sujetos y métodos: Se estudiaron 14 pacientes FH y 22 voluntarios sanos como grupo control. En ambos, se determinaron el cociente glutation oxidado/reducido y niveles de malondialdehido en linfomonocitos y niveles plasmáticos de IL-6, IL8, TNFα, eotaxina, MCP-1 y MIP-1α en ayunas y a las 2, 4, 6 y 8 horas tras una SOG.
