The aim of this study is to explore rater effects, such as consistency and severity of the judgements of 12 expert judges, and to report the extent of assessment criteria used by them. The data of the study are based on the three different phases of the standardization procedure which were analyzed using the MFRM model. In addition, feedback gathered from the expert judges was used to find out their opinions about the procedure and to validate the results of the standardization. Parece entonces que deberían recibir una buena formación en teoría del derecho, que precisamente intenta ofrecer una respuesta a esa cuestión. En el trabajo analizo las dificultades relativas a la formación de los jueces en teoría del derecho. Celem badawczym pracy jest analiza relacji pomiędzy przepisami ustawy – Prawo upadłościowe, regulującymi bezskuteczność czynności prawnych, w tym tryb dochodzenia roszczeń pauliańskich, jeżeli przelew wierzytelności względem przyszłego upadłego, wymagający zgody dłużnika, następnie stanowi faktyczną podstawę do dokonania potrącenia przez cesjonariusza. The purpose of this study is to analyze the appeals against a "suitability judgment for work" lodged to the U.O.S. "Health Prevention and Occupational Epidemiology Operative Unit" of Department of Prevention and Safety in the Working Environment within the ASP Palermo (U.O.S.), from 2008 to 2010. Studying the appeals gives an indirect view on the occupational physician activity and allows to monitor their actions, analysis aims at highlighting those issues around which any planning and implementation of coordination activities should be focused. © PI-ME, Pavia 2012.

Cette note concerne l’exceptionnelle plaque-boucle au Christ cavalier de l’Apocalypse découverte à Ladoix-Serrigny et étudiée précédemment dans cette revue. Son objectif est de discuter l’hypothèse récemment émise selon laquelle saint Landelin, qui a vécu au VIIe siècle dans le nord de la Gaule, serait Landelinus, l’auteur de cet objet. Plusieurs arguments militent en faveur de cette interprétation qui nous paraît donc plausible, même si elle reste fragile. Il est également envisagé de localiser cette fabrication dans le prestigieux monastère de Luxeuil. Mais il s’agit là encore d’une hypothèse.
