AbstractPomace seed extract loaded vesicles were prepared as promising technological and green solution to exploit agri-food wastes and by-products, and develop high value-added products for human health. An antioxidant extract rich in bioactive compounds (epicatechins, catechin, gallic acid, quercetin and procynidins) was obtained from the seeds isolated from the pomace of Cannonau red grape cultivar. Few human studies have investigated the relationship between polyphenol intake and body weight. Our aim was to assess the relationship between urinary polyphenol levels and body weight. Literatūras apskatā ir aprakstīts augu ķīmiskais sastāvs un gaismas ietekme uz to. Apkopotas paraugu sagatavošanas un analīzes metodes. Darbā ir veikta četru dažādu ģiņšu mikrozaļumu diedzēšana pie 4, 8 un 12 stundu ilgiem fotoperiodiem. Spektrometriski ir noteikta kopējā hlorofila un karotenoīdu koncentrācija, kopējā polifenolu koncentrācija un antiradikālā aktivitāte augos. Noteica mikroelementu un makroelementu sastāvu augos ar ICP-MS metodi. Noteica brīvo aminoskābju koncentrāciju augos ar HPLC-MS metodi. Iegūtie dati salīdzināti savā starpā, kā arī tika salīdzināts ķīmiskais sastāvs atkarībā no fotoperioda.

However, accuracy and reliability of these studies may be increased using urinary total polyphenol excretion (TPE) as a biomarker for total polyphenol intake. Il “Rovello bianco”, conosciuto localmente come “Greco muscio” nuovo vitigno autoctono campano è stato oggetto di uno studio triennale (2004-2005) considerando il “Fiano” come varietà di riferimento. L’analisi molecolare mediante marcatori micro satelliti (SSR) ne ha stabilito l’unicità del profilo genetico. La valutazione agronomica è stata ottenuta attraverso annuali e sistematici rilievi, effettuati su 50 piante di 5 anni di età, registrando da parte del “Rovello bianco” un più basso vigore vegetativo rispetto al “Fiano” e una buona resistenza alle più diffuse fitopatie.
