Wybór zawodu to bardzo istotna decyzja, przed podjęciem której staje każdy młody człowiek. Ma ona istotny wpływ na dalsze życie (zawodowe i poniekąd osobiste) każdego człowieka. Dlatego w trakcie edukacji uczeń może skorzystać z pomocy specjalistów z zakresu orientacji i poradnictwa zawodowego. W artykule omówione zostały podstawy prawne funkcjonowania doradztwa zawodowego w polskich placówkach oświatowych. Ponadto przedstawione zostały wymagania formalne, zakres obowiązków i cechy charakteru, jakimi musi legitymować się szkolny doradca zawodowy.

Vidusskolēnu iesaistes skolā un depresijas pazīmju saistība

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kā vidusskolēnu iesaiste skolā ir saistīta ar novērotajām depresijas pazīmēm. Pētījuma sekundārs mērķis bija izvērtēt, vai pastāv atšķirības starp iesaisti skolā un depresijas pazīmēm un to saistībām meiteņu un zēnu grupā, kā arī grupās ar dažādu depresijas pazīmju izpausmes intensitāti. Pētījumā piedalījās 126 skolēni, no tiem 71 meitene un 55 zēni, vecumā no 16 – 20 gadiem, kuri šobrīd mācās 10.-12. klasē. Aim. The aim of the study is to find out students’ perspectives on the necessity, readiness and disturbing factors of implementing musical activities in preschool. The theoretical part of the paper describes the particularity of preschool teachers’ work, the children’s interest in musical activities, and the benefits of implementing musical activities in preschool.

Association between Anxiety, Quality of Life and Academic Performance of the Final-Year-Students in Latvia

The main objective of this study was to investigate the association between final-year students’ anxiety level and quality of life (QOL) with their academic achievements. A longitudinal study was performed in regular schools and in high-rated gymnasiums at the beginning and at the end of the school year. Multiple linear regression models were built for the association between level of anxiety/QOL with academic achievements.
