Il presente contributo intende promuovere una riflessione sul tema della gestione dei conflitti in ambito scolastico a partire da un’analisi descrittiva dei Rapporti di Autovalutazione delle scuole del I ciclo della Provincia di Palermo riguardanti l’anno scolastico 2017/18. Abstract The nature of evaluation and self-evaluation in simultaneous interpretation is based on the close connection between the main text (the version proposed by the speaker) and the interpreter's version. Between these two elements a number of variables emerge, that can damage the efficiency and the accuracy of simultaneous interpretation. Social comparison, coping and depression in people with spinal cord injury

The present study among 70 people with spinal cord injury examined the prevalence and correlates of identification (seeing others as a potential future) and contrast (seeing others in competitive terms) in social comparison as related to coping and depression. The article presents the verifi cation of a mediation between core self-evaluations (Judge, Locke, Durham, 1997) and work satisfaction, by the means of satisfaction of basic psychological needs at work (Deci et al., 2001). On a two multi-source cross-sectional samples (n1=977, n2=573), using path analysis, it was shown that both the structure of psychological needs at work is of three-factor character and that the postulated mediation relation can be confirmed. The results can be interpreted as a suggestion to look at the role of mediators between the dispositional variables such as core self-evaluations and job satisfaction.
The work-family interface and its correlates : integrating variable and person oriented approaches

The aim of this research was to examine key correlates of the interaction between work and family in one Nordic country, Finland, using a person- oriented and variable-oriented approach. The correlates that were chosen and examined over the course of three studies were job control and work-family boundary management styles, turnover intention, core self-evaluations, and vigor at work. Bieżący artykuł bada źródła satysfakcji z pracy. Wieloźródłowe badanie zostało przeprowadzone w dwóch formach: jako kwestionariusz online ( n =642) i jako kwestionariusz papierowy ( n =635). Żeby ujednoznacznić pomiar zmiennej zależnej (zadowolenie z pracy), wykorzystano dwa źródła jej pomiaru: samoocena badanej osoby oraz ocena przez ważną inną osobę. Wyniki pokazują, iż ocena przez bliską osobę może być wartościowym źródłem informacji o samoocenie badanej osoby.
