The synthesis of phosphinic amides containing one 4-amino-TEMPO substituent at the ortho position has been achieved through copper(I) catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of ortho-iodophosphinic amides with 4-amino-TEMPO. The method has been extended to the preparation of the first example of a P-stereogenic ortho-(4-amino-tempo)phosphinic amide radical 10. The reaction of 10 with Cu(hfac)2 afforded the P-stereogenic CuII complex 19. The crystal structure of both chiral compounds is reported. The beliefs children hold about their capabilities as readers are known to influence their reading achievement. The aim of this study was to extend previous work by examining trajectories of change in reading self-efficacy among primary school students (N = 1327) and the relations between the trajectories of self-efficacy and their hypothesized sources over 11 months. Using growth mixture modeling, we identified four trajectories of change in reading self-efficacy, involving increasing, stable, and declining trends. Two novel and simple donor-π-bridge-donor (D-π-D) hole-transporting materials (HTMs) containing two units of the p-methoxytriphenylamine (TPA) electron donor group covalently bridged by means of the 3,4-dimethoxyselenophene spacer through single and triple bonds are reported. Attractor as a convex combination of a set of attractors

This paper presents an effective approach to constructing numerical attractors of a general class of continuous homogenous dynamical systems: decomposing an attractor as a convex combination of a set of other existing attractors. For this purpose, the convergent Parameter Switching (PS) numerical method is used to integrate the underlying dynamical system. The method is built on a convergent fixed step-size numerical method for ODEs. The paper shows that the PS algorithm, incorporating two binary operations, can be used to approximate any numerical attractor via a convex combination of some existing attractors. Arvien vairāk uzdevumiem tiek izgudroti kvantu algoritmi, kas ir pārāki pār labākajiem zināmajiem klasiskajiem algoritmiem. Bieži šiem algoritmiem nepieciešamais atmiņas daudzums ir liels, kas pašlaik mazās pieejamās kvantu atmiņas dēļ nav optimāli. Tādēļ ir būtiski apskatīt algoritmus, kuru atmiņas sarežģītība ir samazināta, palielinot laika sarežģītību, bet kas vēl aizvien sniedz uzlabojumu pār klasiskajiem algoritmiem. After a methodological introduction, which highlights premises and purposes of this starting research, the article provides an overview following an order by literary genre: poetry, narrative, essay writing. The last chapter lists the relevant occurrences of the “gray” colour in the edited books before I Sommersi e I salvati, in order to identify a possible birthplace of the well-known notion “gray zone” and to detect Levi’s earlier use of the gray colour as an attribute of moral ambiguity.

Background: The short- and long-term prognosis of Takotsubo syndrome (TTS) presenting with right ventricular (RV) involvement remains poorly understood. Research Question: What is the incidence and clinical outcome of RV involvement in TTS? Study Design and Methods: This study analyzed 839 consecutive patients with TTS (758 female subjects and 81 male subjects) in a multicenter registry.
