Plazmas miRNS kā multiplās sklerozes biomarķieri

Vairākos pētījumos ir atklātas miRNS, tajā skaitā cirkulējošas miRNS, kuru daudzums ir izmainīts multiplā sklerozē. miRNS kā jaunu biomarķieru izpēte šai slimībai varētu palīdzēt diagnosticēt un prognozēt tās attīstību agrīnā stadijā. Šajā pētījumā ir prezentēti mūsu dati par dažām miRNS, kas tikadetektētas MS pacientu asins plazmā, kā izmainītas. Mēs salīdzinājām miRNS ekspresijas līmeņus MS un tās apakštipos ar veselo kontroli, lai atrastu potenciālās miRNS, kas var tikt izmantotas, kā MS biomarķieri. Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to explore business dynamics of a rising ride-hailing service industry through case study and foster understanding of hypothetical feedback effects within the broader system. Design/methodology/approach – The research adopts the dynamic performance management framework with simulation-based methodology for developing a dynamic case interpretation of specific type of business complexity. Recent paleoanthropological evidence from the early Pleistocene site of Dmanisi in Georgia has revealed that the first hominins out of Africa were more archaic than the coeval African and Asian Homo erectus. More evidence suggests that these archaic hominins were forest dwellers rather than savannah inhabitants. Between 1.8 and 1.6 million years ago a climate crisis caused a new spread of savannah and arid zones across large parts of Africa. As a consequence, early Homo populations splitted, with some populations becoming adapted to the new ecological conditions and others following woodland areas in their regression.

Material and methods. We report the case of a 49 years old male who is diagnosed of a renal cell carcinoma, and presents metastases in the left humerus and the right radius. During gastrulation, embryonic cells become specified into distinct germ layers. In mouse, this continues throughout somitogenesis from a population of bipotent stem cells called neuromesodermal progenitors (NMps). However, the degree of self-renewal associated with NMps in the fast-developing zebrafish embryo is unclear. With a genetic clone tracing method, we labelled early embryonic progenitors and find a strong clonal similarity between spinal cord and mesoderm tissues. In the last 20 years our understanding of the millisecond pulsar population changed dramatically. Thanks to the large effective area and good time resolution of the NASA X-ray observatory Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer, we discovered that neutron stars in Low Mass X-ray Binaries (LMXBs) spins at frequencies between 200 and 750 Hz, and indirectly confirmed the recycling scenario, according to which neutron stars are spun up to millisecond periods during the LMXB-phase.
