This paper presents the main results of the research work that promoted the design and implementation of training and guidance played in the territory of Palermo during the school years 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 in three secondary schools, with operating procedures, capable of promoting inclusive paths, based on the involvement of students, teachers and parents. An Intelligent Car Driver for safe Navigation with Fuzzy Obstacle Avoidance.

In order to respond effectively to the environment uncertainties, autonomous vehicles are generally equipped with sensors. The proposed car guidance system is equipped with an intelligent controller, based on fuzzy logic, which calculates the speed and wheels orientation in order to follow a path while it is avoiding unknown obstacles. Better fluidity of driving are obtained using future-path, car dimension and car position prevision. Vehicle symmetries also speed-up and simplify the guidance system reducing the inputs and the rules numbers.

The Italian Version of the Career Factors Inventory

This study attempted to examine the validity of the Italian version of the Career Factors Inventory (CFI), a psychometric tool widely used in the assessment of cognitive and personal–emotional dimensions of career indecision, among a sample of 2,060 Italian students attending high school and university. Recurring to both exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, the original four-factor structure was confirmed and returned, in line with the literature, satisfactory reliability indices; moreover, CFI subscales showed intercorrelations consistent with previous studies, albeit lower in some cases. Pourtant, les recherches accumulées sur ces questions depuis trente ans convainquent de ce qu'on fait face, non pas à de simples différences, mais bien à de véritables inégalités. Certes des évolutions prennent place, notamment dans la société, qui se répercutent dans l'école. Il fallait donc actualiser "L'école des filles" paru en 1990, et présenter à la fois un bilan actuel de ces inégalités indissociablement scolaires et sociales, et dessiner les tendances qui augurent des évolutions à venir.

Diverse histories, common ground and a shared future:the education of career guidance and counselling professionals in the Nordic countries

The development of education programmes in career guidance and counseling (CGC) has followed different paths among the various Nordic countries. Ten CGC programmes in Denmark, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden were evaluated against the NICE curricular model. The results show that all NICE core competences are represented in the curricula. However, there is greater focus in some programmes on developing competences for individual career guidance, than on developing competences for working at organisational and societal levels. EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES' ANALYSIS IN ROMANIAN UNIVERSITIES

This study focuses on extracurricular activities in the field of career guidance and aims to analyse this kind of activities within five Romanian universities. The students' opinion but also their involvement in such activities are captured. The research was conducted by means of the questionnaire method where 728 students of the Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, Politehnica University Timișoara, Babeș Bolyai University Cluj, Bucharest University of Economic Studies and Politehnica University Bucharest were questioned. This study highlights specific problems and potential improvements related to career guidance extracurricular activities.
