Niniejsze opracowanie poświęcone zostało problematyce wniosku prokuratora o zmianę lub uchylenie prawomocnego postanowienia o stwierdzeniu nabycia spadku. Ingerencja prokuratora w postępowanie cywilne ma charakter wyjątkowy. Jest ona uwarunkowana potrzebą ochrony praworządności. Natomiast postępowanie cywilne służy zaspokajaniu interesów prywat-nych. W opracowaniu wskazano na istotę instytucji wzruszenia prawomocnego postanowienia spadkowego. Przedstawione zostały ogólne zasady uczestnictwa prokuratora w postępowaniu cywil-nym. Profesionāliem tulkiem ir liela prasība pēc automatizētās tulkošana, bet, diemžēl, mašīntulkošanas sistēmas daudzu ierobežojumu dēļ nevar ražot tekstu, kas būtu līdzīgi cilvēka tulkojumam. Tomēr, pirmsrēdiģēšanu un pēcrēdiģēšanu izmantošana mašīntulkošanā var paaugstināt mašīntulkojamību. Tādējādi, pētījuma mērķis ir izanalizēt pirmsrēdiģēšanu un pēcrēdiģēšanu izmantošanu angļu juridisko tekstu automatizēto tulkošanu krievu valodā. Kritiskā diskursa analīze bija izmantota kā empirīskā pētījuma metode. Pēdējā desmitgadē mašīntulkošana ir ievērojami attīstījusies un tiek plaši izmantota tulkošanas nozarē, lai izpildītu pieaugošo pieprasījumu pēc ātrākiem tulkojumiem un samazinātu izmaksas. Lai maksimāli palielinātu mašīntulkošanas efektivitāti un iegūtu augstas kvalitātes tulkojumu, mašīntulkošanas darbplūsmā parasti tiek iekļauti divi papildus procesi: rediģēšana pirms un pēc mašīntulkošanas. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt gan latviešu, gan angļu ziņu diskursu, kā arī salīdzināt divu mašīntulkošanas rīku – Google Translate un Tilde Translator – efektivitāti, tulkojot ziņu rakstus no angļu valodas latviešu valodā. Ir zināmas divas galvenās un, savā ziņā, pretrunīgas metodes gramatikas apmācībā, tādas kā deduktīvā un induktīvā metodes. Šī pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai studentu sasniegumi angļu valodas apguvē būtiski atšķiras atkarībā no tā, vai darbības vārdu laikus māca deduktīvi vai induktīvi. This paper presents an analysis of the intervention dose-effect of the Parent Child Psychological Support Program© (Cerezo 1990) a program aimed at promoting protective adaptive system in children which is offered to all new-borns in a given catchment area. The program offers support to parents during the first 18 months of the baby's life. The program dose-effect is examined regarding the parents by examining the level of distress reported by them and with babies by examining the development of attachment using the Strange Situation test of Ainsworth et al. International audience; Objective: At present emotional experience and implicit emotion regulation (IER) abilities are mainly assessed though self -reports, which are subjected to several biases. The aim of the present studies was to validate the Clock'N test, a recently developed time estimation task employing emotional priming to assess implicitly emotional reactivity and IER.
