Spatio-temporal analysis of the Covid-19 spread in Italy by Bayesian hierarchical models

In this paper, we investigate the spatio-temporal spread pattern of the virus Covid-19 in Italy, during the first wave of infections, from February to October 2020. We provide a disease mapping of the virus infections, by using the Besag-Yorke-Molliè model and its spatio-temporal extensions. Our results confirm the effectiveness of the lockdown action, and show that, during the first wave, the virus spread by an inhomogeneous spatial trend and each province was characterised by a specific temporal trend, independent of the temporal evolution of the observed cases in the other provinces

Tra le numerose innovazioni introdotte nel rito penale dalla c.d. riforma Cartabia, è inclusa la previsione dell'arresto obbligatorio in caso di violazione di misure cautelari e precautelari a tutela della vittima. La modifica, salutata con entusiasmo dall'opinione pubblica, richiede di essere considerata nel contesto della normativa vigente per valutarne la effettiva portata. Il saggio mira a porre in evidenza alcune incongruenze, indicando possibili soluzioni in via interpretativa e de iure condendo.

The selected examples and the solutions put in place by architects and builders of the time show a surprising and modern intertwining of languages, between Gothic, Renaissance and ancient local, and reveal the reasons for choices that contain an ideological component or a design and construction practice, facilitated by contracts by analogy.

Abstract Lifetime measurements in \(^{178}\)Pt with excited states de-exciting through \(\gamma\)-ray transitions and internal electron conversions have been performed. Ionic charges were selected by the in-flight mass separator MARA and measured at the focal plane in coincidence with the \(4^{+}_{1}→2^{+}_{1}\) 257 keV γ-ray transition detected using the JUROGAM 3 spectrometer. The resulting charge-state distributions were analysed using the differential decay curve method (DDCM) framework to obtain a lifetime value of 430(20) ps for the \(2^{+}_{1}\) state. Tema er kjønn og likestilling, og det fokuseres på ansattes utsagn om egne erfaringer, samt erfaringer med bevisstgjøringsstrategien. Studien er utført i to barnehager, og funnene indikerer at metoden kan fremme bevissthet om kjønn og bidra til å redusere gapet mellom det private og det profesjonelle.
