Two different mindfulness-based interventions were deployed in a sample of white-collar workers to explore the differential effects on different facets of mindfulness, dimensions of psychological wellbeing, work engagement, performance, and stress of a participant. A total of 28 participants completed one of the different programs, and their results were compared between groups and against 27 participants randomly allocated to a waiting list control group. Results suggest both mindfulness intervention programs were successful at increasing the levels of psychological wellbeing, work engagement, and performance of the participants, as well as decreasing their levels of stress. Many reactions of industrial relevance involve, in fact, titania-based catalysts, among them, NOx abatement, Fischer–Tropsch and water–gas shift, Deacon and Claus processes, hydrodesulfurizations and hydrogenations, selective reductions and selective oxidations. The dynamics of private property: between individual rights and common interests

The present research explores the tension implicit in the right to property as an exclusionary right. The conceptualization of the right to property as a necessary component of individual freedom stands at odds with a universal exercise of the right in the context of scarcity. Both moral and economic considerations align in the necessity for property, but these justifications are of a principally divergent order. The natural law perspective is predominantly anchored in the atomic – the interest of the individual in personal freedom and well-being.
