The aim of this doctoral thesis is to examine the impact of eudaimonia wellbeing beliefs – people conception of the nature and experience of wellbeing – on their wellbeing at workplace, on the organizational performance focused on helping others and on specific prosocial behaviours. Three empirical studies were conducted to this end, using different research designs and samples. Is the path to woman’s work satisfaction different than that of a man? Core self-evaluations and dominat

The present paper analyses and validates a path model of the relation between male and female work satisfaction (dependent variable) and various psychological and economic variables (like wages, work certainty, work stress, core self-valuations and personal happies approach: hedonia or eudaemonia). The data analyzed comes from two author's projects, evaluating the sources of worker happiness: N = 1021 (Walczak, 2014) and N = 1105 (2015). The results indicate an partial mediation relation of gender on the perceived job satisfaction.

Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka zīdaiņa uzturs pirmajā dzīves gadā tālāk nodrošina bērna augšanu, attīstību, kā arī nosaka cilvēka veselību visai turpmākajai dzīvei. Zīdaiņiem ir īpaša organisma fizioloģija - notiek aktīva augšana, tajā pašā laikā orgāni un orgānu sistēmas vēl nav pietiekami attīstījušās un nobriedušas.
